Requests come in via email, text and phone, you are wiz at managing multiple needs and finding a way to get it all done. You are a safe driver and know the streets of LA well. You have a perfect background (comprehensive background check + credit will be run,) and you are fully vaccinated for Covid + boosted.

Must be able to lift at least 50+ pounds, you will assist with moving heavy boxes and furniture. 

The schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4pm. You might be asked to help out on a weekend twice a year, it’s very rare. You will also get to drive a staff car so you will not be putting miles on your own car.

Executive and Personal Assistant Hybrid needed in Santa Monica for a Busy Business Woman in her home. The schedule is Monday – Friday 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. You will be guaranteed 40 hours per week. Occasionally there will be a weekend event but you will always have advance notice.
We are looking for someone refined and intelligent. Must have a college education. Duties include errands, some reception, many returns to stores, UPS, reservation making, appointment confirmations, etc. There may be vendors to manage at the principal’s home.
