This is an incredible family that has two girls. They live right near the Getty Villa in Malibu. Mom works from her home office and needs an organized, warm, proactive and tidy nann! Your days will be Tuesday, Wednesday and Fridays. Mom can pay cash or on the books . Mom will guarantee hours, you just tell us what you can commit to! 20 ? 30? 40? there is unlimited vacation. Looking for someone who can come in and know what to do. The girls will both need someone who can come in and make breakfast, get them ready for preschool and then drive them . Pick up is mid day and you will bring them home for a snack and nap ( about two hours). There are two sweet dogs in the house. You will be responsible for all things for the girls; occasional dinner prep, kids laundry and rooms, diaper pale and organizing their clothes play space and rooms. Must have up to date CPR and Emergency Training. Please reach out.

Great family is searching for an inspiring and caring nanny who can also assist the parents with some administrative help scheduling and organize family activities. Both Mom (part -time) and Dad (full-time) work, and remain very engaged with their 13 year old son and 9 year old daughter (and very cute small dog)…but between work, travel, and life, they need some additional help supporting their children and the family’s busy schedule. This nanny/assistant needs to have a great attitude, be proactive and engaging with the kids, be a team player and a great communicator. The person also needs to be equally interested and willing to help with homework as coming up with fun activities at home or around town with the kids during down time (and not involving screen time!). Must be adept ant settling sibling disputes without resorting to shouting, etc. Family assistant support would entail things such as coordinating or scheduling activities for the family, helping keep a family calendar up to date, ordering things, buying tickets or making reservations, running errands at times, and occasionally some travel (or staying with kids at times so parents can get a date night or date-weekend). This family has local and international roots, is even keeled and down to earth, kind and thoughtful/respectful, honest and trustworthy, and loves to have fun…and these characteristics would be expected in you. The parents also fully support and back the nanny/assistant when dealing with the kids, fully embracing clear and firm messaging while also being positive and high energy.

Must be able to lift at least 50+ pounds, you will assist with moving heavy boxes and furniture. 

The schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4pm. You might be asked to help out on a weekend twice a year, it’s very rare. You will also get to drive a staff car so you will not be putting miles on your own car.

Our long term client is looking for an experienced housekeeper to join their team. This is a gorgeous home in Bel Air. They have adult children and grandchildren who visit, so you should adores having loving family members around.

Please have a perfect background check, excellent references and experience working on an Estate Staff housekeeping team. The ideal candidate has perfect English language skills, is tech savvy enough to text and Facetime, excellent cleaning and laundry skills and can iron. We would also like to see that you have proven longevity in previous housekeeping positions and understand how to care for fine items in a high end home: art, marble, etc. It’s important that you’re comfortable working on a staff. There is a long time house manager, another full time housekeeper, Chef, Houseman, etc.

The schedule will usually be Monday-Friday, 10am – 6pm, plus some weekends when the client is town. They travel extensively and there are weeks at a time when the couple is not in residence. You will be paid overtime for anytime worked over 40 hours in the week, and will always be guaranteed 40 hours a week!

The family goes on gorgeous vacations with their children and grandchildren, so we would love someone that can travel with the family if you are interested – if not, no travel needed, we just need the best person for the job! Vacations are at their gorgeous estates in Cabo, Aspen, etc. and you will have private quarters to sleep in and have time off for privacy.

The family is offering $38-40 an hour DOE + OVERTIME (time and a half,) on payroll, full health insurance: medical/dental/vision and paid time off (vacation, sick days and holidays,) AND a 401k!!

Executive and Personal Assistant Hybrid needed in Santa Monica for a Busy Business Woman in her home. The schedule is Monday – Friday 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. You will be guaranteed 40 hours per week. Occasionally there will be a weekend event but you will always have advance notice.
