We have a Monday through Thursday schedule 3 pm – 8 pm and Sundays 12 pm to 8 pm. This is a staffed home , both parents work and there is a fabulous family assistant and housekeeper. No pets in this house. Family wants a candidate who is flexible, can travel and do overnights and light meal prep, and lots of playtime
The kids are 3 and 7 years old. Family is flexible with the nanny if they do not want to work Sundays. Family pays on the books .Looking for someone who is willing to play with the kids, drive and do pick ups and drop offs. Please have great energy

School Year Driver needed for Topanga Teenager commuting to the eastside for high school

Our lovely clients are looking for a dependable, even keeled, flexible, kind and patient driver assistant. Ideally, we are looking for a west valley candidate who lives near Topanga!

This teenager does not drive yet, she’s 16, but is planning on getting her permit soon. However, she likely won’t be getting her driver’s license this year, so they will need this person to commit to a whole school year. You will be in charge of safely driving the teenager to school in the mornings, and then home in the afternoons. During the day, you will be asked to run errands for the family as needed, but there will often be a lot of downtime.

The morning starts at 6:45am to drive the teen to school, and you’ll likely drive back to Topanga anywhere between 4:30pm-6pm.

The family would like to pay $40-45 an hour, DOE – and you will be paid for a whole day, likely 10 plus hours most days to ensure you are available for the commute hours.

Please apply if you have a perfect driving record, experience working with teenagers, and a flexible mindset. You must have a safe car in excellent working condition – mileage will be reimbursed, and they will offer an allowance for wear to tear on your car. Once the teen starts driving, there will likely be a family car for practice.

This individual will be responsible to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the gorgeous property, as well as management and supervision for various staff members and vendors. There are various maintenance projects constantly where you will be working closely with the Principal – a detailed log is important for communication purposes with the family office. The family employs several gardeners as well as two housekeepers and a chef. It is a happy home that runs well and needs a good manager that communicates well and effectively.
