We are looking for a great family assistant for a wonderful family in Brentwood. This fully staffed home and so working as a team player is key! The family is very active in the community, and you will be part of it; so they need to hire a nanny who is polished, well spoken, and intelligent. If you are looking to live out and travel the world, this could be the job for you! It is a demanding job and so flexibility is key, but you will be compensated for your time and efforts.
Schedule is typically Monday-Friday. You might start your day with the drop off of the 12 year old little boy – he is the only child home but the other 4 are away at school or starting their young careers. You will be responsible for the family calendar, the travel, the errands and the vendors.
As well as the typical assistant duties, you could be planning parties, gift buying, checking budgets. Buying cool clothing for the older kids could be part of your job, so loving fashion and culture is important in this position. They are the best family in town – busy, loving; athletic, generous, philanthropic, loyal are just some of the ways this family is described.
The family offers a great salary and will pay for your full health insurance plan.

Truly Amazing Family needs Westside LA Nanny

This is truly an amazing family. Nanny should be excited for lots of traveling with the family as they enjoy going to Telluride, Lake Tahoe for most of the summer, and other amazing places like New Zealand, New York, and Europe. This is a busy family with 3 children: 7 year old girl, 4 year old boy, and a 4 month old boy. There is a current NCS and she will be leaving mid November. Schedule is 50 hours per week M-F. the family needs help with tidiness and would like a gentle, independent and kind nanny who is willing to have a more RIE like approach. For example, not baby entertaining, but observing and respectfully engaging.

The perfect candidate will be happy to help with meal prep, follow a recipe and make simple dinners, and pack the kids lunches. You’ll be happy to tidy the kitchen, handle the dishwasher, and help with laundry. Even vacuum when there is a need, although there is a housekeeper 4 days a week. We are looking for a great team player, who will be happy to chip in and support others.

The family is currently on the Westside and is looking for help starting October 2024 through July 2025. In a dream senario, you are from Denver, working in LA, and could relocate back home to Denver with the family. However, if you are in LA, and just want to help them for the school year in LA and help with the move, this could also an amazing temporary role for an adventurous nanny!

The family pays through payroll, with a health stipend, paid vacation, sick days. In addition there will be lots of travel with the family, and you’ll be eligible for overtime pay. Please note the Family will be moving to Denver in July of 2025 and would love to find a CA nanny who wants to move with them to Denver. Our client has talked to the pediatrician as well as a lactation specialist. Her baby will not take a bottle. some doctors call it nipple confusion – We would love to find an NCS that has dealt with this before as our client would love to find someone by next week!
If your baby is only willing to drink from the breast and refuses the bottle, it’s likely due to a phenomenon called ‘nipple confusion,’ where the baby struggles to switch between the different sucking motions required for breastfeeding and bottle feeding; this can be addressed by trying different bottle nipples, feeding positions, and seeking guidance from a lactation consultant to find the best approach for your baby

Looking for that wonderful executive housekeeper that loves dogs, help with entertaining, and great laundry. The laundry is especially important, as they like things ironed and organized! It would be wonderful if you know how to pac and maintain the closets! There are 2 homes that you might go between, as the kids (teenagers) live in Santa Monica and the Husband lives in Brentwood. (it sournds confusing, but its not!!). The typical hours would be from 8-4:30, but if they want to entertain- you might have some overtime hours. Lead Housekeeper for Celebrity Family in Beverly Hills

We are looking for a flexible housekeeper to join this young family’s staff. They have a wonderful estate manager who you will report to daily, though there is a lot of interaction with the family as well.

You will work with 2 other housekeepers in the home to ensure it is clean, tidy and the family has all that they need. This is an energetic home with a lot of moving pieces. We need an organized housekeeper who can manage laundry, deep cleaning, keeping up systems, helping order products for the household and more.

Please be able to start your day around 7am or 8am most days, and work an eight hour day. They do host many events, so there is opportunity to earn overtime!

This home has staff 7 days a week, and does need weekend coverage. The Estate Manager can do a schedule where you work one or two weekends a month, with some kind of rotation, or if you prefer a set schedule, Wednesday-Sunday.
