If you are an OCD meticulous Executive Housekeeper with a great eye for detail who would enjoy working for a kind couple (no pets — no children) in a gorgeous Beverly Hills home — this is the job for you! The schedule is Monday through Friday from approximately 8:00am to 4:30pm. Hopefully you can stay late every once in a while to help out if there is a dinner party. Our client is a wonderful family in Bel Air seeking an experienced Houseman to assist with exterior maintenance one day per week, ideally Thursdays.
Schedule: 7:00am – 3:00pm
Compensation: $40-$45 hour, depending on experience.
Responsibilities include:
• Cleaning and maintaining all exterior areas, including decks, outdoor furniture, driveway, and pool cover
• Cleaning the bathroom used by gardeners
• Cleaning exterior windows, exterior walls, rain gutters, and AC units
• Maintaining carport chargers, garden hoses, trash cans, garage floors and walls, mailbox, and gate call box
• Monitoring exterior lighting and replacing bulbs as needed
• Keeping the area behind the pool clean, including heating equipment and storage shed
• Organizing tools and supplies
• Assisting with e-waste coordination and junk removal
Requirements:
• Previous Houseman experience required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

The Personal Assistant (PA) provides proactive, high-quality administrative and organizational support to an executive (and his family) who values efficiency, discretion, and clear, concise communication. The ideal candidate will anticipate needs, streamline operations, and manage priorities with minimal oversight.
Responsibilities:
· Schedule, monitor, and troubleshoot travel for executive and his family (wife, mother-in-law, ex-wife, 7 children).
o White glove service through travel agency or private jet.
o Create itineraries and logistics. PA does not travel with Principal.
· Calendar and time management for work and personal meetings and events, medical appointments, etc.
o Respond to family requests as needed.
· Coordination of ticketing and other requests for his football (soccer) team ownership.
· Coordination with executive’s house staff, business managers, accountants, etc.
· Support personal and professional tasks as needed to keep the executive’s day running smoothly.
· Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of work.
Key Qualities:
· Responsive, highly organized, reliable, and self-sufficient.
· Proactively anticipates needs and or obstacles.
· Strong judgment, discretion, and attention to detail.
· Communicates clearly and briefly—tailoring updates to the executive’s preferred style.
· Calm and professional demeanor.
Experience:
· Prior experience supporting senior executives in Finance or related industries
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Proficiency with calendar and task management tools (e.g., Outlook, Concur, Teams, etc.).
Working Conditions:
· will provide laptop and phone
· The PA will work from office when Principal is in Los Angeles, and remote the other times
· No travel required, lighter evening requests, and a few hours worked on average over the weekend.

We are looking for our favorite family from 12-8 We are looking for a wonderful warm and flexible nanny family assistant for a beautiful family with an 7 year old and 5 year old. The little boy is extremely active, and has a ton of energy – they want someone that will engage with him and keep him moving!! The 9 year old daughter loves reading, loves play acting and is somewhat cerebral. He would love a nanny who is curious and will find great museums to go to with the kids, art classes, hikes, and all the best LA has to offer.
Dad needs as much help as you can give – if you cook and will help with meals and shopping, that is a plus!! If you like organizing, and doing errands and some house manaagemnt, that would be wonderful. Flexibility is everything here – If he is working on a movie, he would love that person that says- i am coming over to help get the kids off to school today. Again, Flexibility is everything.
Please be able to assist with basic homework, safely drive the kids around, grocery shop, meal prep and some cooking and be that proactive person who thinks ahead for what the family might need.
The family would like to offer $40 an hour but can be flexible and will help cover the cost of some of your health insurance, DOE. Of course they will also offer paid vacation, sick days and holidays. Please live in the east valley, or somewhere close to Pasadena to be considered, and have at least 5 plus years of full time, recent, nanny experience in Los Angeles.

We are looking for someone high-agency and reliable who can manage household logistics proactively without needing daily oversight.
Scope would include:
• Coordinating care for two large dogs (vet visits, daycare transport, occasional light cleanup)
• Managing vehicle servicing (drop-off pickup, scheduling maintenance)
• Overseeing home maintenance and improvement projects
• Sourcing and coordinating vendors
• General household organization and follow-through
