3 x Per Week | Meal Prep plus Fresh Cooking
A The family is looking for someone with a strong nutritional background to cook three times a week and prep meals for the following day— covering breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Weekends are reserved for dining out, so the focus is on weekday meals.
The couple is in their 60s, and a 25-year-old daughter is also at home with another daughter visiting now and then.
They have goals to lose weight and gain muscle: husband is working with his doctor to continue weight loss progress (down 40 lbs on a health program) and needs to eliminate red meat and transition fully to a Mediterranean diet with proper portions. He wants to feel satisfied — not deprived — and not guilty about what he’s eating. (although still losing weight).
The wife has made significant progress on her own health journey and now needs to focus on rebuilding protein and muscle. She eats chicken, beef, vegetarian dishes, and pasta, and will eat eggs — though she generally needs encouragement to eat breakfast.
The visiting daughter (former teacher) is working on her own wellness and has a peanut and dairy allergy — all meals for her must be strictly free of both, but she is also trying to lose weight!

YOU MUST :
Have a degree from a good culinary school
Have a strong knowledge of Mediterranean and high-protein, and balanced nutrition
Understand what a private chef does – meaning you are in charge of all things culinary!
(keeping the kitchen clean and stocked, the refrigerator clean, all the shopping and the menu planning
Experience working in private homes; discretion and professionalism are essential
Flexibility noted: the family travels twice yearly (including approximately one week in New York and three weeks in Italy in late June) You do not need to travel, but you may have reduced rates while they are away
