Schedule plus Meal Overview:

Thursday, Aug. 7
Snacks Appetizers: Afternoon poolside
Dinner: Casual, outdoor-style meal around 7 PM

Friday, Aug. 8
Breakfast: 10 AM — smoothies, fruit, pastries, possibly breakfast burritos
Lunch: TBD
Dinner: 7:30 PM — style TBD

Saturday, Aug. 9
Breakfast: 10 AM — same as Friday
Lunch: 2 PM — casual poolside meal
Dinner: Not needed

Sunday, Aug. 10
Breakfast: 8 AM — smoothies, fruit, pastries, breakfast burritos

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience working in a private home
• Clean background check
• Excellent references from past private employers
• Comfortable with casual, high-quality, family-friendly food
• Based in or near Malibu

Compassionate Senior Caregiver Needed in Encino Hills

We are helping one of the kindest loving family’s in Encino Hills AND they are looking for a warm, patient, and upbeat caregiver to help care for theri 85-year-old mother. She’s in the medium stage of dementia — sometimes confused, occasionally nostalgic about her teaching career, and not in any danger — just in need of a steady, positive presence to brighten her days.

She has lost interest in many of the things she used to love. We’d love to find someone who can gently re-engage her with companionship, conversation, maybe a crossword or two, and short walks to get some fresh air. She enjoys hearing stories about your life and loves talking about her life and family too.

Schedule:

Ideally 11AM–7PM, Monday–Friday

Thursday evenings are especially important, as it’s their date night

Responsibilities Include:

Providing warm, friendly companionship

Driving to doctor’s appointments

Encouraging light activities like walking, chatting, crosswords, music, etc.

Light household help as it relates to Mom (laundry, dishes, etc.) there is a full time housekeeper

Communicating with the family — they are easy and appreciative!

A little more about the family! :

We have a full-time housekeeper Monday through Friday, so we’re not looking for cleaning help

We use LifeLine for emergency support

They have an 8 year old little boy who is part of the household and they want someone friendly and engaging with him!

We’re helping a fantastic Bel Air family find a private chef for a recurring Tuesday night dinner—and if you’re neat, creative, and love to cook without someone breathing down your neck, this is a dream family!

Here’s the vibe:
Dinner is for 3 people (a couple and dad), typically served around 8:30 PM. Chef should arrive between 5:00–6:00 PM.

What they’re looking for:
A culinary artist who can cook high-end, comforting, seasonal meals

Someone who doesn’t need direction—just come in, cook, and wow them

No menus or planning meetings needed—just go to town and surprise them!

A very tidy chef who cleans up after themselves. The housekeeper should never be left cleaning up the kitchen (huge priority!)

They don’t like vegan or plant-based cuisine. Butter, meat, dairy, real ingredients only, please

They love everything from a killer Caesar salad and steak dinner to a caviar and sushi dinner. You should have a big repertoire!

• Diapering and dressing
• Sleep monitoring and support during nap times

• Fridays are off, as mom spends that day with Vivienne

The schedule will be Monday-Friday, 40 hours a week. The client will pay on payroll, $40-45 an hour DOE.
There is a dry cleaning service on Thursday. There is laundry every day but no ironing.
