This is a warm, happy home with three young children (all under six) and three sweet dogs — so we’re looking for someone who loves a lively, full house.

The family needs help Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm, with some flexibility to start earlier or stay later when needed. They pay hourly on a net basis, reimburse for health insurance, and offer generous paid time off: two weeks of vacation, sick pay per LA County, and six paid national holidays.

About the Role:

• You will tag-team with mom, who is home with the children. She has realistic expectations: if you are busy with the kids, she understands that cleaning may need to wait, and vice versa.
• They are seeking a self-starter who notices what needs to be done and takes initiative.
• Occasional travel is required (domestic and international). They are traveling to Mexico over New Year’s and hope to have someone in place by then.
• Flexibility for late evenings may be needed if parents go out, though the typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm or 10am–6pm.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Hourly pay (competitive)
• Paid Time Off: 2 weeks vacation, paid sick days per LA County law, and six national holidays

We are looking for a motivActiveated and reliable Housekeeper Cook to join our clients household team on a full-time or part-time basis. A wonderful gentleman with the beginning of Alzhiemers and other assorted ailments needs a caregiver to live in with him in his very cool Brentwood home. HIs kids have been taking care of him and they just can not handle this anymore since they have children of their own. He fell and is on pain meds so we need someone that will be strong enough to make sure he takes them when necessary!! He would need someone comfortable taking him to the dr’s and being an advocate there. It would be helpful if you cook as it will just be the two of you! Both Mom and Dad work — Mom from home — so this role is all about teamwork and flexibility. Some days you’ll be tag-teaming with Mom, and other days you’ll have full charge. They would love to find a Nanny who’s just as happy helping around the house or running an errand as she is reading stories, going for stroller walks, and helping their little one reach new milestones.

They truly want someone who will become part of the family — warm, upbeat, and collaborative, with a can-do spirit.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, generally 8 a.m.–4 p.m., 9 a.m.–5 p.m., or 10 a.m.–6 p.m. They’d love someone who can occasionally stay later once or twice a week for a date night.

Dad travels often, and Mom sometimes has deadlines, so flexibility is key — some weeks are busy, and others are more relaxed.

Please also be comfortable with light household help — errands, food prep, tidying, or organizing when time allows. They also have two small, sweet dogs, so dog-friendly is a must!
