The loveliest most family-oriented Beverly Hills family with three darling children (a newborn supported by an NCS through late Spring, a toddler, and a five-year-old) is seeking an experienced and nurturing Nanny to join their team. The household already has housekeeping and childcare support in place, but Mom, who is very hands-on and present, would love an additional set of capable, proactive hands.

The ideal schedule is Monday through Thursday in a live-in capacity, arriving early Monday morning (around 6:30am) and departing early Friday. The family is also open to long days for a live-out candidate if preferred. This role is truly a “bit of everything” position — assisting with the children, keeping common areas tidy, running errands, preparing simple meals for the children, and helping the household run smoothly day to day.

There is potential for travel, so candidates should be passport ready and comfortable accompanying the family as needed. Applicants must have prior nanny experience, excellent references, and a clean background. Experience with children ranging from infancy (six months and up) through elementary age is strongly preferred. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Compensation is in the $100,000 range inclusive of benefits. The family offers standard paid time off, including two weeks of vacation, accrued sick pay, and paid holidays.

This role requires a 24 7 mentality and a thick skin. You should be an experienced assistant who doesn’t take things personality and knows the job is all about servicing your Principal.

• Running complex calendar.
• Compiling list of invites (several every day) adding to calendar and also a rolling email, liaise with principal on what they would like to attend.
• Scheduling all travel, ground, charter to commercial, working closely with travel agent and external vendors – this is often very last minute.
• Frequent correspondence from friends and family.
• Taking care of the principal’s inbox and responses needed list.
• Overseeing all mac syncing, playlists, downloads across hundreds of laptops, iPods, iPads, iPhones.
• Purchasing, wrapping and sending gifts.
• Keeping contacts up to date, this must include notes, adding new people to birthday calendars many different party lists.
• Adhoc film theatre questions may come up but experience here is not essential, questions can be forwarded to the right people.
• Party planning, working with party planners and or independently to create intimate dinners and lunches to large scale up to 350 person parties.
• Routinely assessing all working relationships, jet companies, party planners etc etc.. making sure we are working efficiently and effectively.
• Pet care: travel, occasionally sitting and walking, veterinary grooming appointments, vaccinations etc..
• Keeping on top of her calendars, beauty, medical, business appointments as well as social.
• Some travel maybe be required, possibly Vail and London.
• Liaison with House Manager to make sure that all homes and staff are running smoothly.
• Managing company branding, online presence and social media.
• Personal shopping, working with housekeepers occasional shopping for clothes products.
• Managing rental homes calendar and guest schedules.

A lovely, busy couple in Beverly Hills is seeking a fabulous temporary Housekeeper every Monday Wednesday and Friday starting March 6th for approximately six weeks, while their long-time Housekeeper recovers from surgery.

Typical hours are 11:00am–7:30pm; however, on weeks when the principals are traveling, an earlier start time is welcome.

There are three friendly dogs in the home who have their own caregiver, so no pet care is required — simply comfort around dogs.

The home is large but occupied only by the couple, so the work primarily includes tidying, detailed cleaning, dusting, laundry, and general household upkeep.

Compensation will be on payroll.

Qualified candidates must be experienced housekeepers with excellent references and a clean background. Please be willing to wear a uniform, provided by the employer.
