First time parents are looking for a great Nanny who loves babies! Their daughter is 6 months old and starting to explore! She laughs and enjoys spending time with her parents and their sweet goldendoodle. Mom is at home, and Dad works from home.

The family is looking for a wonderful, warm, kind and a bit reserved Nanny who can commit long term. The hours will start with Monday-Friday, 7am-3 4pm most days, with the flexibility to stay late for a date night here and there, and be able to work some Saturdays.

It would be a dream to have someone that can tidy up while the baby sleeps, do some meal prep, grocery shop and cook a basic family meal. Someone that will enjoy walking the baby in the stroller to the park, and being able to drive to baby classes in a safe car. We also hope to find a dog loving nanny who will be happy to help take the dog on walks.

We are looking for at least 5plus years of professional nanny experience. While the family has one baby right now, they might want to expand their family in the future, please be comfortable with two babies if that happens!

We are looking for an experienced House Manager to join this family’s team. The family has two parents, two children, a dog and a staff. They lead busy lives, though are home a lot, and enjoy having their home be kept immaculate, with a warm family feel to it. You will be managing a tight knit domestic staff and be in charge of the daily functions of the home: vendor management, scheduling, payroll, event planning, and some personal assistant duties.

This is a mostly Monday-Friday position, while the family will expect you be able to answer emails texts after hours, it is not every day. We would love to see that you are the type of manager who will roll up your sleeves to show by example, and value having a positive attitude. The role is based out of the Calabasas home, though you will also go to their beach home in Malibu if needed. Salary offered is $180,000 DOE a year plus PTO and a monthly health stipend.

Oversee water-related activities, ensuring the baby’s safety during swimming or pool time.
Qualifications:

Prior experience working with high-profile families, with discretion and professionalism.
Knowledge of child development, particularly infant and toddler milestones.
Fluency in Spanish to support the child’s bilingual learning.
Strong swimming ability to supervise and participate in water activities.
Organized, reliable, and adaptable to meet the family’s lifestyle and dynamic needs.

Though the right candidate understands this job requires someone who is flexible with last minute changes and different schedule rhythms, and she needs someone who can pivot with her. There will be some nights and weekends where support is needed. You’ll be expected to be available for occasional events at the home, or email text call support as needed. This role does require in person work at the house, however there is also room to work remotely as well.

The schedule is Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday from 9 10:00am to 5 6:00pm and duties are cleaning, light cooking and food prep, home organization and occasional driving to pick up the 15 year old from school in Santa Monica. Mileage will be fully reimbursed and driving is occasional. Don’t let the cooking intimidate you! This is simple food prep — going to the market — re-heating etc … — you need not be a Chef to make the family happy!
