UK Family relocating to LA (either Palisades or Brentwood) in mid-September seeks a full-time Housekeeper Cook. The role consists of approximately 70% cooking and 30% housekeeping. The normal schedule is M-F from 9:30am to 6:30pm. Breakfast is prepared the day before, and lunch and dinner are prepared day-of. Employee will also set the table, clean up after meals, keep the kitchen tidy, food-shop and etc … Competent cooking is required; however, a culinary school trained Chef is not. The family has a Thermomix they will train their employee to use, so what’s important here is a love of cooking, teachability and common sense. The Housekeeping includes day-to-day tidying (vacuuming, putting kids’ toys away), making beds, laundry and ironing. The family has someone who comes in couple days each week to handle the deep cleaning. Pay is up to $45 hour DOE plus a stipend for health insurance and generous paid time off. Studio City Family Assistant and House Manager Needed

High profile celebrity client seeks long-term house manager and family assistant. The home is about to go through the second phase of an extensive remodel requiring a highly organized individual who can project-manage and keep the home-front running like a well-oiled machine. There’s a long-time Assistant, Nanny, Housekeeper and Contractor in place so please be a team-player! The home is not too large, but it’s busy! Candidates should be reasonably tech-savvy and comfortable troubleshooting computers, televisions, printers and the like — as well as using apps for security and to manage various smart-home features. There are two school-aged children in the home and while there are no direct childcare responsibilities — candidates should be kid-friendly and willing to help with kid-related coordination. The new hire will likely start in mid-September for two weeks of training with the person who will transition from this role but will stay on with the employer. Position requires flexibillity and travel!

• Managing relationship with contractors, landscapers, weekly outdoor maintenance teams including pool and gardeners
• Acting as a project manager for large scale remodels and renovations
• Monitoring efficiency and functionality of systems such as AV, Security, Internet, to misc tech such as TVs and house iPads
• Managing interior design change requests cleaning requests, as well as appliance maintenance and any requests from housekeepers for supplies, and requests from nanny for kid-related needs
• Interfacing with agencies like DWP or Spectrum should any maintenance issues arise
• Preparing home for family’s return from trips along with Nanny and housekeepers
• Managing any moves such as hiring movers, overseeing packing and unpacking, occasionally visiting the storage unit as needed
• Being at the home to greet any vendors or technicians, or other personnel to act as a face for the family home when needed
• Occasionally collecting things like dry cleaning, groceries, prescriptions, other misc. pick-ups on behalf of family
• Monitoring security receiving packages while the family is out of town

Dream Part Time Housekeeping and House Manager role in Long Beach for wonderful family

Long time client is looking for a part time housekeeper who can manage this vacation home for them when they are not in residence! This is home is in Long Beach, right on the beach. Please love pets, they have a dog and a cat. The oldest child is off to college near by and may come to the house here and there. The Dad will use the house to work on his work when he needs to focus for some days or weeks at a time. They will also use the home as a family vacation spot to host friends and family, but for the most part, it’s going to be a quiet house.

Your day to day will include dusting, watering the plants, taking in the mail, checking to make sure everything works, bringing in the trash cans and taking them out and general upkeep. When they are not there, you can work any hours that work for you! If you like to start at 6am or 9am, whatever you want! The family would appreciate you being ok to come over if the alarm goes off or some weather issue needs attention as the local contact. There could be some errands to run, but very few and not often, they will reimburse for mileage if you are asked.

When the family is in residence, they would like you to work 9am -5pm. When they are not in the house, you might not need to work a full 8 hour day but they will guarantee the hours for you.

Confidential and private Family Office with broad-ranging business, philanthropic and personal initiatives is seeking a full-time Chief of Staff Senior Executive Assistant to the Chairman. This role involves the dynamic management and oversight of all aspects of the Chairman’s complex life, both professionally and personally. The selected candidate will report directly to the Chairman and will serve as the single point of coordination for all matters and activities with which the Chairman is involved, including management of the family office, leadership across a host of philanthropic and civic initiatives and oversight of various personal and family matters.
Seeking an organized, professional and forward-thinking self-starter who has impeccable attention to detail, is highly service-driven and enjoys working in a team environment. Must be excellent at anticipating needs, acting independently and solving problems with a can-do spirit. Empathy and kindness and a poised, calm manner are also especially important. Strong writing skills and an ability to communicate clearly and concisely are essential.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Proactively manage an extremely active and rapidly changing schedule.
Create and manage a streamlined process to run and organize the Chairman’s business,
philanthropic and personal activities and oversee the management of multiple homes.
Manage perform all traditional office and administrative duties:
o Facilitate calendar management including scheduling calls, in-person meetings and video conferences.
