Coolest Malibu Family Seeks Amazing Nanny

Our client is a wonderful Malibu family with three children, ages 5, 8 to 12 (two boys and a girl), who are looking for a new long-term Nanny after their beloved Nanny of many years is moving on. This is a really special opportunity for someone who wants to become part of a warm, happy household with an established team and lots of four-legged friends!

The family is open to either a LIVE-IN or LIVE-OUT Nanny. Their current Nanny has lived in, and there is a private bedroom and bathroom in the home. The key to making this position work is FLEXIBILITY. The family’s primary hours of need are approximately 7am–10am and again from 1pm–6pm, with a break in the middle of the day. This is why having a live-in Nanny has worked so beautifully for everyone. A live-out Nanny could go home during the mid-day break or, if preferred, use the private room in the home to relax between shifts.

The schedule is Tuesday through Saturday, with Sunday and Monday off. Saturday is an important day for the family, so they are specifically looking for someone who is comfortable with the Tuesday–Saturday schedule and can be flexible when needed.

You’ll be joining an established team and tag-teaming with another long-time Nanny who also helps manage the household. The ideal candidate will be a true team player who is warm, energetic, organized, dependable and genuinely enjoys working with older children. The children are active and fun, and the Nanny should be someone who enjoys keeping them engaged, helping with their activities and school routines, and being a positive, consistent presence in their lives.

The Nanny should also be comfortable preparing SIMPLE, healthy meals and handling the children’s laundry. And you absolutely must be an animal lover! The family has indoor cats and dogs, along with outdoor animals including goats and donkeys. This is truly a DREAM job for a Nanny who loves older children, enjoys being part of a well-oiled household team, and thinks having goats and donkeys around makes life more fun!

The family is located in Malibu. For a live-out Nanny, living relatively close by is strongly preferred — Oxnard, Ventura, Santa Monica or the West Valley would make for a much more manageable commute.

Compensation is competitive and will be commensurate with experience. The position is paid through payroll and includes a health insurance stipend and standard paid time off.

● Perform routine minor repairs handyman work to keep all residences running smoothly and in excellent condition and repair. This work includes, but is not limited to:
o HVAC repairs and filter changes
o Minor electrical repairs – replace outlets, switches, light fixtures, LED drivers, etc.
o Install, repair, or replace appliances, fixtures, and hardware as needed.
o Assemble furniture and install home accessories or equipment.
o Clean and maintain exterior grounds, dewebbing and power washing
o Assist with the inventory of supplies, and replenishment, as needed

● Conduct routine property inspections, develop and maintain maintenance maps and schedules, and identify maintenance issues before they become larger problems.
● Troubleshoot plumbing, heating and HVAC systems and perform repairs; call service provider s as necessary
● Assist with houseman duties, general labor, and running errands (shopping for tools, property supplies, etc.)
● Respond to maintenance requests and system emergencies, including occasional weekend and afterhours work.

● Prior experience in performing a wide range of overall maintenance duties for homeowners and or businesses
● Must have experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment, basic understanding of electrical, plumbing or HVAC systems, and strong general repair skills.
● Must have a keen eye for detail and be well organized.
● Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment, to think and work proactively, be solution-oriented and to prioritize effectively; strong work ethic, “can-do” attitude a must.
● Strong interpersonal skills are required- mature judgment, diplomacy and discretion required to interact effectively with a broad range of people, including residents, guests, neighbors, authorities and vendors.
● Must be able to maintain a courteous and professional attitude at all times, and maintain confidentiality.
● Bilingual (English Spanish) is highly preferred.
● Ability to lift and carry 50plus lbs, climb ladders, navigate tight spaces, and stand or walk for extended periods.

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Artist to Management Assistant to support a fast-moving independent music artist and management team in Los Angeles. This is a hands-on hybrid role encompassing artist support, personal assistance, project coordination, administration, and day-to-day business operations.

The ideal candidate is resourceful, discreet, highly organized, and comfortable moving between calendars, travel, spreadsheets, errands, rehearsals, shoots, events, and last-minute production needs. You should be someone who anticipates what needs to happen, follows through without repeated direction, and stays calm when plans change.

Responsibilities include managing the artist’s calendar, rehearsals, recording sessions, meetings, fittings, shoots, travel, and live-show commitments; coordinating with vendors, creatives, producers, stylists, photographers, venues, and collaborators; arranging travel, transportation, reservations, purchases, pickups and deliveries; tracking deadlines, expenses, invoices and deliverables; maintaining calendars, spreadsheets and project trackers; attending rehearsals, shoots, performances and events as needed; preparing spaces and materials for professional engagements; and troubleshooting logistical issues as they arise.

The ideal candidate MUST have previous experience supporting a music artist, artist manager, entertainment executive, touring team, label, production company, or similar fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and communication skills, excellent judgment, discretion, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential.

Candidates must have reliable transportation and be comfortable traveling throughout Los Angeles, with flexibility for occasional evenings, weekends, shoots, performances, and changing schedules. Proficiency with Google Workspace and organizational tools is expected.

Most importantly, you are someone who notices what is missing and takes care of it. You are equally comfortable organizing a spreadsheet, coordinating a schedule, picking something up for a shoot, communicating with a vendor, preparing for a performance, or solving an unexpected problem in real time.
