We are looking for a trustworthy, responsible, and highly reliable Personal Assistant to oversee a client’s home in Culver City while the property is undergoing construction.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who lives nearby, is dependable and detail-oriented, and takes pride in making sure a home is secure, cared for, and properly monitored when the owner is away.

The primary goal of this position is to ensure that the property is consistently looked after and that the client, contractors, and neighbors know there is someone keeping an eye on the home.

You’ll keep in touch with the client who lives in Singapore most of the year via Whatsapp. Let her know updates with construction, send pictures and updates. Ideally, twice a week, two hours each visit.

$35-45 an hour, 4 hours a week guaranteed.

No two days will look exactly the same, so they need someone industrious, detail-oriented, resourceful, and proactive. A strong “black book” of trusted vendors is essential—you should know who to call for everything from painters and handymen to plaster specialists and beyond.
Responsibilities will run the gamut from roof to soil and everything in between: overseeing vendors and home maintenance, running errands, stocking the refrigerator, taking cars to be washed or serviced, and occasionally helping with their two medium-sized dogs.
You’ll serve as a trusted right hand to both husband and wife, who have different styles and approaches. Early Morning Nanny Needed in Pacific Palisades

We have a wonderful Pacific Palisades family looking for a fantastic, experienced nanny to join their household and care for their three children. There are two little boys in kindergarten and third grade, and a precious two-year-old daughter.

The bulk of the job will be caring for the toddler, although the boys are home in the early morning before school and will be around again in the afternoons. The toddler attends a small pod from approximately 9:00 AM–12:00 PM several days a week, and during those windows Mom would love some help with things like children’s laundry, food prep, packing lunches, and generally keeping things moving.

There is a full-time housekeeper who handles much of the cooking and cleaning, but this is a busy household and there is always plenty to do. They are looking for a true team player — someone who likes to stay busy, notices what needs to be done, and is happy to jump in and help wherever needed. Someone who enjoys working as part of a household team and isn’t looking at the clock waiting for the next task would be a great fit.

The regular schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM sharp through 2:30 PM. The family does need someone who can occasionally stay later when needed and provide coverage if the afternoon nanny is out. Mom would also love someone who can occasionally help on a weekend — probably just one weekend day every 2–3 months.

This is a terrific schedule for someone who wants to avoid LA rush-hour traffic, and hopefully you are already reasonably close to the Westside.

Pay is up to $45 hour on payroll, depending on experience. Candidates must have solid toddler experience, a clean background, longevity in previous positions, and wonderful references.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, approximately 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with flexibility to stay later on the occasional evening when a parent is traveling or working late. Occasional weekend babysitting is a big plus, but not required.

The afternoons will be centered around the children, including school pick-up, transportation to activities, homework help, preparing healthy snacks and dinner for the kids, and managing the evening and bedtime routine. We are looking for someone with at least 2–3 years of professional family assistant experience, excellent references, and a clean background report. Candidates must be confident driving throughout Los Angeles, have a clean driving record, and be comfortable navigating the city. The ideal person is warm, energetic, organized, flexible, proactive, and genuinely enjoys becoming a trusted right hand to a family.
