We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Executive Assistant to provide part-time support, based in Los Angeles, with an understanding of working across time zones (Los Angeles and London). The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day tasks with professionalism, flexibility, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the diary and schedule
- Arrange personal trainers and medical appointments
- Handle travel arrangements, including booking travel, taxis, Ubers
- Organize social events and personal engagements
- Oversee personal tasks such as checking the closet and ensuring the office is tidy
- Create and manage to-do lists, reminder lists, and call lists
- Communicate with bankers and handle financial coordination 
- Assist with spreadsheets and basic data management

Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in spreadsheets (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets)
- Excellent communication skills, capable of liaising with professionals such as bankers
- Ability to adapt and multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Flexibility to occasionally work outside regular hours to accommodate different time zones (Los Angeles and London)

Note: This role is part-time and based in Los Angeles, but will require some flexibility in working hours to handle tasks related to the executive’s needs in London.

Our client is the coolest single mama in Eagle Rock with two wonderful children — a four-year-old boy and a one-year-old girl.

Her son is spirited, high-energy, and possibly ADHD. His key to connection is laughter, play, and being silly! He also thrives with routine. His little sister, on the other hand, is easy-breezy.

The ideal schedule will be Monday–Friday (or Monday–Thursday) from 7:00am–4:00pm (with occasional days extending to 6:00pm). Mom’s custody schedule may shift slightly week to week, but she’s happy to guarantee full-time hours.

The four-year-old attends a Waldorf school, so nannies with an interest in the Waldorf pedagogy are especially encouraged to apply. At home, the family takes a relaxed approach but appreciates its core principles.

Mom is seeking a super nanny who can bring routine, ritual, and stability. With the family recently navigating big changes (a separation, the loss of their home in the Altadena fire, a new school, and the arrival of a baby), a nurturing, steady presence will mean the world.

Brentwood Family Seeking Drop-Off Chef with One Special Dinner Event

A super lovely family in Brentwood is hoping to engage a talented chef to provide drop-off meals twice a month between now and mid-December. The days are flexible, and meals will typically be prepared for about six people.

In addition, the family is hosting a special sit-down dinner for 12–14 family members on October 18th. They would love a chef who can create a menu that feels beautiful, healthy, and celebratory — nothing overly formal or fussy, just delicious food! For this evening, they would also love it if you have someone who can assist with serving and clean-up.

The family will be away from mid-December through April but may wish to resume chef services upon their return.

This is a wonderful role for a chef who is between full-time positions or looking to pick up extra work with a warm and gracious household.

Option 1: Full-Time Housekeeper

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM or 11:00 AM–7:00 PM
Duties: Housekeeping in the mornings, followed by afternoon driving and support with the children’s activities once they are out of school
Ironing: Minimal (mainly school uniforms)
Cooking: Light food prep as needed
No pets

Option 2: Afternoon Nanny (Part-Time)

Schedule: Approximately 2:30 PM–7:00 PM, Monday–Friday
Duties: School pick-ups, driving to activities, homework help, and supporting the evening routine
In this case, the family may also hire a Housekeeper 3 days per week to cover household needs.

Schedule:
• Days: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (help needed two of these days per week)

• Running errands and providing household support on non-parenting weeks

• Clean driving record and valid CA driver’s license
