This fabulous busy entertainment couple would love a mature housekeeper that understands the comings and goings of a gorgeous estate. We would love someone that is not star struck. This home is situated in Brentwood and the hours are wonderful for traffic minded people. 12-8. They would love someone that understands service and dinner hours. The home is fairly formal – they entertain high profile people, so it would be wonderful if you are not star struck. They do love their privacy – so if you can work independently, that would be great. The estate manager is WONDERFUL and will help train. There is a lot of privacy so you will be required to sign an NDA. Busy professional couple is looking for a fantastic Personal Assistant who can manage the day to day that comes up as well as manage their home!

The right person enjoys wearing a lot of hats. You’ll also be asked to help with some office duties for them as well. A typical day varies, someone who enjoys variety will be the right match!

You’ll be in charge of: Filing, calendar updates, birthday cards and gifts, help reduce junk emails by unsubscribing,update contact lists on their cell phones, get rid of duplicates, move pictures from the phone to the cloud.

Take all old pictures in photo albums and have them digitized. Label and take pictures of all Art at the house and list all the details of the Art, artist, appraisal etc. Update personal data book.

Update company website with with current pictures of their properties. Update social media including Linkedin. Create a password master list.

Organize dinner parties and make dinner reservations. Service the car, arrange travel. Order supplies for beach home in Newport Beach.

Walk the dog, coordinate vet appointments and order dog food.

Manage vendors and any house work that is needed ie. plumbing, tree trimming, etc.

Run errands: dry cleaning, gifts, etc.

The client is offering $40-45 an hour on payroll, and $400-500 a month towards your health insurance, DOE.

They are looking for a full-time Nanny with loads of infant and toddler experience who lives near Malibu and can work a Tuesday through Saturday schedule from 9:00am to 5 6:00pm with flexibility to stay later as needed. This job requires TRAVEL, so please be passport ready for domestic and international travel! The family travels for more than 10 days around three times a year and they take other shorter trips throughout the year as well. There are three doggies in the home, so applicants should be pet friendly — and Mom is at home full-time, so Nannies should be happy working alongside a stay-at-home Mom. The main duty is childcare, but please be prepared to cook for the baby, do the baby’s laundry and be generally helpful around the house. Most of all, Mom and Dad are hoping to find a warm, patient and loving Nanny. The baby was born prematurely and has a little catching up to do. The youngest child has a dedicated Nanny who handles most of the children’s cooking, is able to travel with the family, and typically works M-F from 7:00am to 5:00pm. They are now looking to add a Family Assistant M-F from approximately 11:00am to 7:00pm, with some flexibility required. The FA will be more focused on the two older children, as well as the household logistics and all the moving pieces related to having three children who are going in different directions. This means coming with organizational strategies, managing calendars, liaising with vendors, scheduling maintenance, booking appointments, planning travel and so forth. Parents are not micro-managers and would welcome a mature, chill, pro-active self-starter who can establish best practices and has a no-job-too-big or small attitude. Someone helpful who genuinely enjoys being with kids, because when the school day ends, the FA will take over with the two older children (driving and so forth). Lovely family with three amazing teenagers and busy working parents in search of a wonderful assistant to keep the household and kids running smoothly! You will work closely with the Mom and her Executive Assistant to keep these kids on time and organized!

Your schedule will be Monday-Friday, 10am-6pm or if you prefer later hours, 11am-7pm, plus some occasional overtime hours as needed for a weekend birthday party or weekday date night.

You will start your day at the Brentwood home organizing, unloading the dishwasher, making grocery lists, coordinate the dinner menu with the parents, running errands and getting snacks ready. Then you’ll head out in the family nanny SUV, to get groceries, and come home to prep the teens’ dinner. Around 2:15pm you’ll head over to pick up the kids from school and start the afternoon shuffle to sports practice, tutors, doctors appointments and more. You’ll end the day making sure sports uniforms are ready for the game and packed, any returns are in the car for the next day and doing a touch base with Mom.

This is an amazing job for an experienced Family Assistant who loves families and kids, and has incredible organizational skills. We placed their last housekeeper who has loved working with them but she’s moving on to start a business, so they are looking for her replacement. All is ending on great terms.
