Temporary Newborn Care Specialist needed for the best Beverly Hills family starting January 24th through February 12th

Our lovely client hired an amazing Newborn Care Specialist who they love! She had committed to help another family before taking this job, for 2.5 weeks and the NCS who was scheduled to cover is no longer available. That back up NCS had a client who house burned down in the fire and sent her into an early delivery.

So we are looking for a lovely, kind, warm, refined, experienced NCS who can step in for about 2.5 weeks from January 24th – February 12th! This will be a night shift of 5pm – 8am. Hourly rate DOE.

Darling 2 month baby girl who is doing well! Mom and Dad are busy, and already back to work (remotely,) so they hope to have coverage at night to get as much sleep as they can.

We have known this family forever and they are wonderful! Everything is going great, she’s healthy and hitting all the right milestones. Mom and Dad are starting to work again, and while they have a lovely housekeeper, they need a great Newborn Care Specialist to focus on baby 🙂

We are looking for someone with excellent experience, glowing references, who is up to date on their vaccines. The right candidate is warm, loving, and great with structure and setting systems in place. These parents would love to learn as well. Mom is breast feeding and feels like she’s in a good grove with that. Consistency of coverage is the priority until they are ready for a nanny.

Ideally, please have a Passport, and be able to travel in case they want to leave town for a few days! (Not a deal breaker if you can’t travel, but please be a local Los Angeles NCS.) The family also has two German Shepards who are very friendly, please love dogs.

We are looking for a trustworthy, detail oriented, team player to help our lovely clients. They have been evacuated from their home in Brentwood, and need help on the 21st to clean up before they come home. You will work with their other housekeeper, and personal assistant to help take down holiday decorations and clean up the home.

There could potentially be some heavy lifting, so someone is comfortable moving boxes, etc. but mostly they need someone who can take direction and be efficient but also use caution since the decorations are delicate.

The hours will be 9am – 5pm.

We will prioritize candidates who are already vetted through The Help Company and have been out of work due to the LA Fires. This client would like to give back and employ someone for the day who lost their job and could really use the work.

This person will join the already existing administrative team partnering with the Principals’ Chief of Staff and Senior Executive Assistant to support their business, philanthropic and personal initiatives. This role involves the dynamic management and oversight of all aspects of the Principals’ complex life, both professionally and personally.

We are looking for someone who is hyper organized, polished, professional, and a forward-thinking self-starter with excellent attention to detail. Responsibilities:
• Assisting the admin team with overall office operations
• Lending support to the Chief of Staff and Senior EA
• Meeting preparation including catering orders, tech checks, and more
• Maintaining office inventories
• General office duties such as filing, copying, and scanning
• Assisting with Principals’ travel arrangements
• Running errands between the houses and office
• List management for e-blasts and invites
• Booking reservations
• Other ad hoc responsibilities and projects as needed

Requirements:
• Must have at least 3-5 years of experience working in a similar capacity
• Must have prior experience working in fast-paced environments
• Prior family office, talent agency, or UHNW experience is preferred
• Entertainment candidates will be prioritized
• Must be open to doing some personal assistant responsibilities
• Must be tech-savvy
• Must be able to work from both the home and the office
• BA Degree
• Must have a strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Fluency with Apple computers and products
• Unflappable loyalty, strong sense of commitment and kindness, and able to manage highly sensitive confidential information with total unwavering discretion

Compensation:
Up to $110k-120k DOE, benefits, and bonus opportunity.

Location:

Part Time Chef for Dynamic Beverly Hills Family

Our client is looking for a part time chef who can help 3-4 days a week. They are open to what days you have available, it’s more about the match!

Typically, it’s lunch and dinner with clean, healthy food plus Shabbat dinner on Friday evenings. Mostly just the family but they do like to have dinner parties about 1-2x a month. Please be able to pivot when plans change, as they do! We are looking for a Chef that keeps a clean, organized kitchen and has a nice, easy going, flexible attitude. Ideally you would be able to travel with the family to Hawaii for occasional family holidays.

Lunch is served at 1pm, and dinner is usually 6:30pm. Sometimes it shifts 30 minutes or so. The family likes for the Chef to arrive at 11am and depart around 6:45pm once dinner has been served. The rate per day is $600.

Please have a clean background chef, excellent and reference references and the ability to pivot with a busy family. Must also love dogs as the family has a few furry friends plus children and staff, it’s a busy home.

This is a wonderful family, very respectful and lovely! It’s a happy home with relaxed but organized personalities, just about 5000 square feet. The parents both work and are in and out of the house, and the two teenagers are mostly at school all day. They have three dogs (frenchies and a golden retriever!) are home all day, and love a good belly rub.

The husband is very particular when it comes to a clean and organized home, so we are looking for someone as OCD as he is 🙂 You should be someone who takes pride in how clean your baseboards are! Also so important to have someone with good, happy energy – someone who understands the workplace is not where you will bring your own personal issues to harp on. The wife wants happy energy all around the home, it is her most important request!

You will be in charge of cleaning, laundry, helping with the dogs, etc. There is a great Personal Assistant House Manager you will coordinate with, and they also have a lovely Chef who is there full time. It’s a tight knit, small staff, with a casual feel – no uniforms here.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9am – 5pm. Rarely do they ask you to stay late or come early, less than a handful a year! The Family is offering $40 an hour plus help with health insurance! If you ever want to house dogsit while they travel, it would be a bonus but is not a deal breaker.
