Amazing elderly couple (late 80’s and doing great) in Brentwood is looking for assistance. The ideal days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 9:30am to 5:00pm. Flexibility to work additionally will be appreciated. They seek help with food prep and simple healthy cooking, Dr. appointments, tidying (they have a small condo and employ a Housekeeper once a week to handle the deep cleaning) and errands. The ideal candidate is vaccinated for Covid, lives relatively close to Brentwood, and is pro-active with a great personality! Pay is $30 hour and some paid time off can be negotiated as well. Lovely couple who works from home is looking for an amazing part time housekeeper. They have a darling dog who is really friendly, and their teenage son is often out of the house at school.

The Mr. and Mrs. work from home and are often on zooms. They are looking for a lovely, experienced, and calm housekeeper who will keep the home organized and clean.

They would love for this great housekeeper to work Tuesdays and Thursdays, 10am-6pm. You oversee deep cleaning, laundry, and ironing their clothes. (No ironing is needed for sheets or towels.)

This is a modern home with many windows. They do have a service that comes to clean them every other week, but you might help clean some of them here and there to help with maintenance.

This is a lovely family, who is looking for a great long term fit. Please have at least 5plus years of experience working in a private home and wonderful references. This will be a great job for a housekeeper who already has a MWF housekeeping job and lives in the valley or eastside. Ready to hire!

Loveliest couple in Santa Monica needs a nanny in May

The most organized and communicative working parents are looking for a nanny that is also organized and communicative. They live in south Santa Monica, and mom goes to work everyday, but dad works from his home office, so it is important that you can be respectful of his work. The hours are 8am – 5pm, Monday – Friday. The baby is due in March and are hoping to have their new nanny start in May or June.

Their wish list is quite simple, caring for the children and just the children’s laundry. There is a 4 year old that is in day care all day. They would love for you to know different activities in the hood, library hour, my gym, mommy and me’s. You should be comfortable with baby seats and driving the baby. A huge perk would be if you like to cook! The family travels but you will not be required to travel. They would love for you to speak Spanish to their baby!!

Please let us know if you want to start working in May or June!

There is also vendor management, vetting contractors and vendors, pet care of 3 dogs (must love dogs and be able to pet sit), manage household errands, anticipate the family’s needs and assist extended family guests when needed, car maintenance, plus ad hoc tasks.

Requirements from the client:
-At least 10 years of experience in estate management

A loveley easy-going couple bought a 2nd home in Brentwood whcih they will use maybe 10 x a year. They would love someone to clean one day a week who would also not be afraid to lightly iron the bed sheets. The family lives in San Francisco and will probably only be here on the weekends. They would love any day of the week, any 8 hours – even 7-3. When they are not in town, you can come any time you want.
