We are helping a family of 5 find an incredibly seasoned, jane of all trade executive housekeeper house manager for their 7000 sq foot home in Soho. The perfect person for this role will work closely with their personal chef. You will be flexible to come in early on a Saturday or Sunday and prep for the chef and family, you can grocery shop, help prep for their travels and travel with them if needed. You are also willing and able to do housekeeping duties and tag team with their current housekeeper. You can also work with the vendors and help manage what is going on in the home. Basically, we are looking for a very special unicorn! We are looking for a dedicated and thick skinned Executive Assistant to work for a High Profile Actor in NYC. This is more than a Personal Assistant job: you will be responsible for finances, high level administrative tasks, booking complex travel, corresponding with celebrities and High Profile people on a daily basis, as well as running errands, working hand in hand with the House Manager and acting as a strict Gate Keeper.

Ideal candidate will have experience supporting a busy, successful, High Net Worth Individual. You should have a minimum of 5-10 years experience in an EA role, with at least one long term reference of 3-4 years.

College degree is required. Must live in Manhattan. We are not considering non local candidates.

Looking For a Special Family Assistant/companion for an Amazing legendary actor

She needs someone who can keep her organized and assist her with her daily tasks reminders (printing things off, running errands, making her a tea, ordering and serving her lunch etc). You would arrive at her residence at approximately 8 am – make her a coffee, make sure she eats breakfast, do some tidying (there are housekeepers, so minimal tidying), clean her dishes, walk the dog if needed, stay in contact throughout the day with her chief of staff to see what else might be needed. Hours will be 8-6 with any down time during the day to go to yoga or drs or whatever you want to do..,but no clock watchers in case the day runs over a bit. EA PA needed for A list celebrity in NYC

The calendar is complicated, and they require someone that has that no task is too small or too big attitude.
