We are helping our return clients find the best executive housekeeper for their 4500 sq ft 1 bedroom apartment who can work 2 or 3 days per week. They are in NYC 5 months out of the year, so you should know how to deep clean during the off times. Excellent English is required and references we can call. MUST love dogs!

Duties include:
-Caring for luxury rugs and fabrics
-Care of high end laundry
-Dry cleaning drop off pick up and shoe repair drop off pick up
-Grocery shopping
-Arranging flower deliveries or creating your own floral arrangements
-Keeping inventory and re-stocking pantry and supplement cabinet as needed
-Opening packages and sending out packages
-Unpack after travel
-Occasional errands
-Scheduling and receiving water and firewood
-Preparing the home for the principal’s arrival

$50 hour on the books

We are helping a family of 3 in the West Village find a chef that can handle very strict dietary restrictions for one of the family members. One of the principals will eat similar to this, but has some flexibility in their diet. You should also make delicious kid food – grilled cheese, rice, chicken, broccoli, tacos, pizza.

-You should have experience cooking for clients with heart disease and that are pre-diabetic
-You know how to portion properly and weigh the meals
-Low calorie but highly nutritious
-Only eat fish, no meat
-Only proteins that are allowed are egg whites, lentils, yogurt
-Very plant forward diet
-Cook without nuts, avocados, seeds
-No cholesterol or saturated fats

This is a plated lunch and dinner role, with breakfast left in the fridge and snacks. On Friday’s, they would like for you to leave food in the fridge for them to eat throughout the weekend.

This job can either pay as a 1099 or on the books.

400plus- per day, depending on experience and skillset

We are helping a lovely West Village family of 3 find a rock star part family assistant part nanny. The hours will flex, but with an end time of 9pm and 9-9 on Saturday, or they would be open to a Monday through Friday schedule for the right person. The first part of your day will be family assistant duties. They have a townhome that is undergoing a major renovation, so you will be managing this. You will also be in charge of grocery shopping, running errands, managing vendors, planning their 7 year olds schedule, researching activities for him, planning family travel, etc! At 3pm, your role will change and you will take over childcare duties. You will have an adorable 7 year old as your playmate through the evening. You will take him to his classes, assist with homework, help prep dinner, bath and bed time. This family also travels several times per year to cool locations and they would like for you to go with them. This is a great opportunity to be with a nice family for a long time!! They are also offering a health insurance stipend and 2 weeks of vacation. One week of your choice and one week of their choice, with advance notice.

Requirements:
-Must have a college degree, preferably in education
-Must have longevity in your former roles

-Must have a valid drivers license. There will be driving outside of the city
-Must know how to swim

They would love it if you could travel to the Hamptons with them for 2 weeks in July and 2 weeks in August. The schedule would be Mon-Thurs while you are out there. They would also love it if you could travel with them a few times per year on vacation, but not a deal breaker! Mom works from home, so understanding home dynamics is very important…being able to read a room is important. They are also looking for a team player – a true, pitch in attitude. If the dishwasher is full, you want to be helpful and unload them. If the trash is full and you are taking out baby diapers, you also grab the regular trash. We have a very busy family of 5 looking for an amazing part time nanny. They have a 2 year old and 2 month old twins! They would like for someone to work 3 days per week, 6 hours per day (set days each week). This role includes all things baby and toddler! Kid laundry, bottle making and washing, tidying up after the children, sanitizing toys, feeding, diapering, developmental play, etc. Mom and dad will be in and out of the home, so please be comfortable working alongside parents. They are looking for a nanny with recent newborn experience and multiples experience. In the fall, the 2 year old will attend part time preschool. You might be asked to drive all 3 children, so a clean driving record is a must! You should also know how to swim, as the family has a pool. They are really looking for a nanny who knows how to set the tone for the day with 3 little ones – structured play, learning activities and games and knowing how to put babies on a sleep routine. High energy is also important, as the 2 year old loves to play!

This is a vegan home, so mom will prep all baby and toddler food in advance. They ask that you not cook any animal based meals in the home.

We are helping our very busy client find a jack or jane of all trades house manager. Our client describes themself as Type A and is really looking for someone that also works like them and thinks like them. We need someone incredibly organized, systems and solutions oriented, excellent follow up and follow through, daily check in’s or as needed check in’s. You should also be an excellent travel booker, reservations specialist, research whiz, excellent at home organization, professional and understand boundaries, have excellent taste, understand how to get bids, always get 2-3 options to present to the principal on all requested research, etc.

Another very important piece to this role is you must love dogs! Like really love dogs! Several times per year, you will be asked to pet sit in the principal’s home while they are away (an extra fee will be paid for your time). They do not like to board their dog and prefer to keep him at home, to continue the dog’s routine. You should love the dog as though it were yours, and take a genuine interest in overseeing the dog walkers, making sure they are taking care of the dog on the walks and that the dog is happy!

The last and important piece would be driving – the client travels to their vacation home during the summer and they would ask that you drive them, or drive a day in advance and restock their home, then train back to the city. They are really looking for someone who is hospitality forward, takes pride in their job and is excited for all of the responsibilities. In return, the client really takes care of their staff and values loyalty!
