This job will be Thursday – Sunday, but flexibility is required as she might ask you to chef on M,T,W if she is hosting a dinner. This job requires light breakfast (muffins, waffles, smoothies), lunch and dinner. She is able to source a lot of ingredients herself, but you will need to know the farms and Citarella just in case she does not have an ingredient.
