Coolest Pasadena Couple Seeks FT Nanny with Mid June Start

Our wonderful client family has two elementary school aged children and their Nanny will be leaving in mid-June. They are seeking a warm, engaging, high-energy Full-Time Nanny who genuinely loves school-aged children and can become a true partner to this creative, kind family during an evolving chapter.
The parents are currently navigating a divorce, and while custody arrangements are still being finalized, the plan is for both parents to share one exceptional Nanny. Mom will be spending significant time in Europe, so the role will likely include international travel back and forth with the children, along with additional travel with Dad. Plans remain fluid, so flexibility is essential. We are looking for someone adaptable, collaborative, and able to comfortably navigate needs with grace.
Both children attend school full time, so while they are away, the role will shift into more of a family assistant capacity. Responsibilities may include:
• Managing household and family logistics
• Simple tidying and organization
• Running errands and marketing
• Coordinating schedules and appointments
• Home organization and general support
When the children are home, they are absolutely the priority. We are looking for a Nanny who is proactive, thoughtful, organized, and always thinking three steps ahead.
Ideal candidates will: • Live on the East Side or nearby Pasadena • Have strong experience with school-aged children • Be upbeat, emotionally intelligent, and highly dependable • Enjoy travel and flexibility • Thrive in dynamic family environments • Be seeking a long-term partnership role with a lovely family
Compensation includes hourly pay, mileage reimbursement, PTO, and a health stipend — all to be determined based on experience and overall fit.
