Busy family with two working parents and four children ages 6-14 are hoping to find a special afterschool nanny family assistant! They also have a dog (doodle!) and pet lizard. It’s a fun household!

The kids are at two schools. The parents need help with the afterschool shuffle: driving, snacks, activities, overseeing homework gets done, meal prep, errands and more. The family loves music (three of the kids play instruments) and sports (tennis, golf, gymnastics, etc.), so a candidate who enjoys music and is active would be a bonus. There is a family car that the nanny can drive during work hours so please be comfortable driving a Kia suv.

The ideal schedule is Monday-Friday, 2-8pm. This is a lovely family!! $35-40 an hour, DOE.

A delightful family in Mar Vista is looking for a very part time nanny who can keep up with their active and energetic 3rd grader. This job is only about 15-20 hours a week but with excellent perks. Must be flexible- ideally Tuesdays and Thursdays, with an extra date night on the weekend. Potential for another day down the line. You will start at 2:00pm and pick up the car from the house, grab a snack and head to Crossroads to park and walk in to pick up their son. After that you will take him to soccer practice and then home to get his things unpacked and ready for the evening. There is no cooking involved, and no cleaning either- however being helpful and proactive where you can be is always appreciated. Tuesday nights mom and dad will have a date night and you will have to get him settled and in bed. This is an opportunity to develop a bond with their son who is their life! Mom and Dad are amazing!! They both work and have demanding careers but carve out time to be hands on with their kids as they are able. One set of grandparents are amazing, live right next door and help out as well. These people are grounded, and looking for a wonderful Nanny to help them.

They have three children – the four and three year old are in school until 4pm, and the sweet 3 month old baby is home. Mom takes the two oldest to school at her work, so most of the day is with the baby and then the afternoons are with all three children, the grandparents help as well.

This job is for a nanny who loves working with a family who is a team. The parents are into having their children play outside, do arts and crafts, read, enjoy their childhood and also have some structure with kind discipline. They want to raise good humans!

Two days a week will be longer days, 7:30am-7:30pm and three days a week will be 7:30am-5:30pm. The parents work long hours, so they need the extra support. The family also has a housekeeper to help with cleaning and laundry, you’ll just be in charge of the children’s areas and their clothes. Of course if you notice the dishwasher is full, please help put the dishes away but it’s not heavy cleaning.

Newborn Care Specialist Needed for First-Time Mom

The sweetest young first-time mom is welcoming her baby and looking for a warm, nurturing, and highly experienced Newborn Care Specialist to help guide her through those precious first months.

The position begins December 9 and will last approximately three months. The ideal candidate is calm, loving, knowledgeable, and wonderful at supporting a new mother without being overwhelming. Responsibilities will include overnight newborn care, feeding and bottle support, establishing healthy sleep habits, keeping the nursery organized, baby laundry, and offering gentle guidance as Mom settles into her new role.

Candidates must have excellent newborn references, current infant CPR certification, and a true love for caring for babies—and their new moms!

Super terrific, amazing family of five in Toluca Lake is seeking a phenomenal Nanny. The children are currently 1, 5, and 7, and there are LOTS of animals in the home — Mom runs a rescue — so you must genuinely love both children and animals!

A background in education, Early Childhood Education, or Child Development would be wonderful, but it is a wish list rather than a requirement. We are more interested in finding someone warm, experienced, capable, and genuinely wonderful with children.

This home has the BEST vibe. Everyone gets along beautifully, works as a team, and genuinely enjoys one another, so we are looking for someone who is similarly warm, collaborative, and team-oriented.

The primary need is OVER THE WEEKEND. Weekend availability is the priority! If you can also work during the week — particularly weekday mornings — amazing. The family is open to creating a full-time schedule for the right Nanny, but a part-time schedule consisting primarily of weekends can also work.

There is potential for both domestic and international travel. Candidates must be comfortable driving, willing to work weekends, and experienced with children ages one and up.

Excellent references, proven longevity in previous positions, and a clean background are required. Being conveniently located near Toluca Lake is ideal.
