A high-profile Thousand Oaks family with three adorable little ones, ages 1, 2 and 4, is looking for a wonderful Part-Time Nanny to join their household team. This is a busy, happy home with three young children, and the family has a terrific full-time Nanny in place but has reached the point where they know an extra set of hands would make life so much easier!

The schedule is Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 1pm–8pm, with occasional weekend help VERY much appreciated.

The ideal Nanny will genuinely enjoy working with young children and be someone who can jump in wherever needed to help with the afternoon routine, school and activity runs, playtime, dinner, baths, bedtime and all of the little things that come with caring for three young children.

This is a great opportunity for a Nanny who is looking for a consistent part-time schedule and would love to become a long-term member of a wonderful family’s team. The family is specifically looking for someone who is willing to make a long-term commitment to the role rather than someone who is simply looking for something temporary.

The family lives in Thousand Oaks and would strongly prefer someone who is geographically desirable and lives nearby in the West Valley, Newbury Park, Camarillo, Oxnard or surrounding areas. A manageable commute is important given the consistent afternoon evening schedule.

The ideal candidate will have solid professional childcare experience, including experience with children as young as one year old.

The position pays $40–$45 hour on payroll, depending on experience.

Our client is a wonderful Malibu family with three children, ages 5, 8 to 12 (two boys and a girl), who are looking for a new long-term Nanny after their beloved Nanny of many years is moving on. This is a really special opportunity for someone who wants to become part of a warm, happy household with an established team and lots of four-legged friends!

The family is open to either a LIVE-IN or LIVE-OUT Nanny. Their current Nanny has lived in, and there is a private bedroom and bathroom in the home. The key to making this position work is FLEXIBILITY. The family’s primary hours of need are approximately 7am–10am and again from 1pm–6pm, with a break in the middle of the day. This is why having a live-in Nanny has worked so beautifully for everyone. A live-out Nanny could go home during the mid-day break or, if preferred, use the private room in the home to relax between shifts.

The schedule is Tuesday through Saturday, with Sunday and Monday off. Saturday is an important day for the family, so they are specifically looking for someone who is comfortable with the Tuesday–Saturday schedule and can be flexible when needed.

You’ll be joining an established team and tag-teaming with another long-time Nanny who also helps manage the household. The ideal candidate will be a true team player who is warm, energetic, organized, dependable and genuinely enjoys working with older children. The children are active and fun, and the Nanny should be someone who enjoys keeping them engaged, helping with their activities and school routines, and being a positive, consistent presence in their lives.

The Nanny should also be comfortable preparing SIMPLE, healthy meals and handling the children’s laundry. And you absolutely must be an animal lover! The family has indoor cats and dogs, along with outdoor animals including goats and donkeys. This is truly a DREAM job for a Nanny who loves older children, enjoys being part of a well-oiled household team, and thinks having goats and donkeys around makes life more fun!

The family is located in Malibu. For a live-out Nanny, living relatively close by is strongly preferred — Oxnard, Ventura, Santa Monica or the West Valley would make for a much more manageable commute.

Compensation is competitive and will be commensurate with experience. The position is paid through payroll and includes a health insurance stipend and standard paid time off.

Lovely, funny and kind family is looking for a great afterschool family! The kids are 9, 6 and 3. The two youngest are at one school, and the oldest is at another school. They also have a family cat! Mom is around and needs help with the afterschool shuffle 🙂

Hours will be 2:30-7:30pm, Monday-Friday and two nights if you can stay later, they will guarantee 30 hours a week. The family is offering $35 an hour and will reimburse for mileage.
