They are looking for a warm, confident nanny to care for their children, ages 2 and 3. The children have a good routine, are well behaved, and are at such fun ages. Their curious 3-year-old daughter loves to explore and has a big personality; their 2-year-old son is sensitive, charming, and doing beautifully in his first year of school.

This is a full-charge role for someone who enjoys both active play and giving children room to play independently. The kids love the trampoline, sandbox, and their two playrooms. Their days also include ballet, gymnastics, and swim lessons at home. Sometimes one child will be at an activity while the other stays home, so the family would value someone who can comfortably manage the changing rhythm of the day.

You’ll help with the children’s lunches and dinners and keep their daily routine running smoothly, including their usual nap from 12–2. The household also has a shy, 15-year-old black cat.

Typical Schedule:
• Monday through Friday
• Approximately 30–35 hours per week
• Primarily 12:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
• Additional weekend hours available for candidates who would like extra time

Responsibilities:
• School pick-up and after-school care
• Creating a fun, engaging, and nurturing environment
• Planning age-appropriate activities and supporting homework as needed
• Running errands
