Your day begins at 6:30 AM in Studio City, getting the kids off to school with care and reliability. From there, you’ll support the doctor across his four office locations throughout the day, keeping everything running seamlessly behind the scenes.

What the role looks like:

Morning school runs starting at 6:30 AM from Studio City
Chauffeuring the doctor between multiple office locations throughout the day
Serving as the family’s go-to resource for all things automotive — maintenance, detailing, scheduling service appointments, and keeping the fleet in flawless condition
Travel with the family as needed, domestically and internationally

What we’re looking for:

Proven experience as a private chauffeur for a family or high-profile principal
Hands-on experience with a Maybach, Rolls-Royce, Bentley, or comparable ultra-luxury vehicles
A genuine love of cars and deep knowledge of luxury vehicle care and maintenance
Kid-friendly, warm, and personable — a great attitude is non-negotiable
Clean driving record and valid California driver’s license
Passport and flexibility for family travel

An exceptional opportunity is available for a highly capable and flexible House Manager to oversee the operations of a busy Brentwood residence. This role is best suited for a seasoned professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment and takes genuine ownership of their work.

While the core schedule is Monday through Friday, this is not a traditional 9-to-5 position. The role requires significant flexibility, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and both domestic and international travel.
The House Manager will oversee all aspects of daily household operations, serving as the central point of coordination. Responsibilities include leading and managing household staff, providing training and accountability, and ensuring the home operates seamlessly at the highest standard. The role also involves financial oversight, including weekly expense tracking and review, as well as creating and implementing systems, SOPs, and operational manuals to enhance efficiency and organization.

Additional responsibilities include managing projects and ongoing property care, coordinating vendors and maintenance, handling travel planning and logistics, and providing administrative, personal, and concierge-style support to the principals.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a UHNW household in a similar capacity, with strong leadership skills and a proven ability to manage staff effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with a high level of organization, discretion, and professionalism. Candidates should be comfortable with Apple products, shared calendars, cloud-based systems, and digital organizational tools, and have experience building systems and workflows within a private home environment.

She may text after hours or expect you to do some work on the weekend as events or issues arise, so please ONLY reach out if you are flexible in this regard. Proactive, self starter with strong attention to detail. Duties include heavy scheduling, organization of calendars and appointments. Plan and book travel including detailed itineraries. Must be tech savvy with knowledge of home automation systems such as Crestron and Lutron. Social Media and Website experience is a plus. Household management including overseeing staff schedules, tracking household expenses and purchasing supplies. Run personal and household errands. We are looking for someone high-agency and reliable who can manage household logistics proactively without needing daily oversight.
Scope would include:

• Coordinating care for two large dogs (vet visits, daycare transport, occasional light cleanup)
• Managing vehicle servicing (drop-off pickup, scheduling maintenance)
• Overseeing home maintenance and improvement projects
