We are looking for Spanish Speaking House Assistant needed for High Profile Woman and her family in Beverly Hills. You are responsible for everything and anything for the House… all renovations, schedules for the vendors, housekeepers, nannies, inventory for the house, parties and supplies, grocery shopping, There is a small second home in Malibu that will occasionally need some attention. We are looking for someone who is used to working on a team . You will be part of a team of 3 assistants. For the most part the job is Monday- Friday 40 hours per week. However if there is an event or party at the house you will be asked to work weekends.
Please be flexible to travel. Salary is OTB with health insurance and vision after 90 days, cell phone reimbursement, two weeks paid vacation, sick days and lunch every day. There is also a small car stipend. Looking for long term candidates. Client prefers a female candidate.

Busy Entrepreneur needs you to keep his life running smoothly! This is a new hire, his first time having an assistant – so you will get to create organizational systems and more. Our client needs an executive personal assistant who can help with tasks such as scheduling appointments (with bankers, doctors, etc), keeping track of bills to pay, amongst other household tasks. The Assistant will also need to be able to coordinate logistics for hosting parties and dinners at home and handling bookings for restaurants and travel. Assistant needs to be an excellent researcher – as he/she/they will be asked to look up local specialty stores, medical specialists and/or specialty items.

Along with domestic tasks, personal assistant needs to aid with corporate tasks for an independent game studio such as drafting and sending emails, maintaining schedules and organizing home office. They will also need to organize digital files (proficiency with Notion is recommend). You will also be planning extensive travel for your boss as he’s young and enjoying being a jet setter!

They must be highly organized, a multitasker, with at least 3+ years experience as a EA/PA. They will work remote with a few days out of the home office.

$35 an hour, 40 hours a week, and paid time off! Mostly REMOTE, you can WORK FROM HOME, and it will be about one day a week in person at most.
