We are helping a very nice and kind family find a nanny for their 3 month old. It is very important that you have years of experience taking care of babies and working with a stay at home mom. This is not the perfect job for nannies who are used to being a full charge nanny as mom is home and wants to lead. This home has very professional boundaries, so please be okay with this. She is looking for someone with years of long-term experience, so you must have 4 plus year references on your resume. They are looking for someone who can do all things baby! Make fresh food, laundry, sanitize, research classes, tidy up, give input when requested, etc! Because mom is home a lot, there might be times she asks you to run to the store or help tidy up. There is a housekeeper, so no home cleaning is required. They also travel 3-4 weeks out of the year on international trips and would need you to travel with them. Your priority is childcare, driving the children, family’s laundry, meal prep and cooking for the family, errands, grocery shopping, light housekeeping and general organization, and amazing travel with the family. The ideal candidate will have prior live-in experience caring for babies and preschoolers. You must be nurturing, engaging, adaptable, proactive, and comfortable fully integrating into the family dynamic. You must work well in a team environment, strong technology and communication skills are required, as are strong swimming skills and experience in the water with young children. A valid driver’s license is required, and the family will provide access to a vehicle for work-related use. Comfort working in a home with present parents and a large dog (a sweet labrador retriever) is essential. The role also involves weekend travel to the family’s Napa home and accompanying them on vacations. Your schedule is Wednesday through Sunday, 7:30am to 1:30pm and 4:30pm to 7:30pm, overnight duties to be discussed with family. Salary is around $100,000 with full benefits. This is a very down to earth, happy family. They are looking for an experienced, warm and kind nanny to help them Monday-Friday, usually 9am – 5 6pm. They would love a nanny who can be flexible to stay late for a date night as needed. The duties are focused on their son, but also helping keeping the home tidy. A nanny who is happy to help with childcare, a bit of cleaning and laundry would be amazing!

Ideally, you are a nanny who lives in the west valley to make your commute easier. Please have your Covid, flu and TDap vaccines. Must have a clear background check and amazing references. The family is offering $35-40 an hour plus help to pay your health insurance.
