The current assistant makes her breakfast, grocery shops, runs errands, checks her blood pressure, medication management, light housekeeping, drives the Mrs as needed, pet care of 2 adorable little dogs, some travel coordination, making appointments, vendor management, etc. CPR training and glucose-monitoring training is required in this role.

There is a 1 bedroom apartment on site (single people only, no couples allowed). If you are local to the area, you are welcome to live off site and commute to work. There is a car on property for you to use for work related errands, cell phone is included, health insurance reimbursement, 2 weeks pto and salary is 75kplus. Our wonderful long time client is looking for a handy, resourceful, smart and kind Handyman Project Manager! You will assist at their multiple properties: residential homes, an apartment building and warehouse through the LA area.

You’ll be in charge of: repairs and maintenance across all of their properties. This can include paint, touchups, changing HVAC filters, and lightbulbs, fixing light plumbing and electrical. Hanging pictures, fixing wall damage, etc. Basically anything that could pop up!

In addition, there will be hauling of materials and equipment, helping at the warehouse with stacking and organizing, and working with third-party trades to get excessive skilled work done. As well as dealing with problems that may pop up from tenants at the apartment building etc.

We are looking for a fluent in English speaker, (and bonus if you also speak Spanish!,) who is great with tools, an excellent problem solver and has wonderful references. Muse have a clear background check, a reliable truck (ideally, or large SUV,) and a can do attitude! Must be comfortable texting, emailing and have calls come in for requests throughout the day while managing your work.

The schedule will be about Monday-Friday, 7am-3pm, 8am-4pm or 9am – 5pm – you pick. They are also open to four 10 hour days, Tuesday-Friday or Monday-Thursday for example. This role is offering $40-45 DOE an hour rate, plus medical insurance and and a discretionary end of year bonus.

Best Estate Manager needed for the best Brentwood Couple

This is the most gracious, lovely and private client. Their professional lives are more high profile, but at home, they enjoy the serenity their amazing team has built for them over the years. Their grown children come to visit and they are very family oriented. They enjoy their busy schedules split between working, family, travel and more.

The have had impeccable employees over the years, all who stay very long term. We are now looking for a wonderful estate manager to jump in and manage their LA home as well as a few other out of state homes. We are looking for an experience estate manager with incredible references and proven loyalty in past current roles.

You’ll be in charge of managing staff, property management, walking the properties, bill management, interfacing with family members and guests, create and maintain property manuals, security, vehicle maintenance, organizing needs for pets, inventory ordering for households and more. Please be tech savvy and comfortable using: Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Control 4, Lutron, smart alarms and more.

The schedule is typically in person, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm in the LA home with availability to work after hours as needed. You will also be asked to travel to their other residences to check in on the properties, please be able to travel, usually with notice.

The environment is happy, positive, bright and calm in this home. It is not formal and they rarely entertain. We are looking for a special estate manager who will fit in with this wonderful team and who brings years of expertise with them!
