We are seeking a polished, experienced, and service-obsessed Butler to join a high-profile household in Beverly Hills. This is a full-time position for someone who truly loves delivering exceptional service in a formal, elegant environment.

The residence belongs to a high-profile couple with a deep appreciation for art, design, and elevated living. One of the principals has a background in the arts and media, and their home reflects a refined, gallery-like aesthetic. The household is formal yet welcoming, with an emphasis on discretion, warmth, and impeccable service. One of the principals was raised in a traditional European household and is hoping to recreate a similarly polished standard of care and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:
• Providing five-star butler-level service daily and during frequent events
• Overseeing formal table settings, meal service, and guest experience
• Managing event logistics in coordination with chefs and other staff
• Maintaining an impeccable environment and upholding household standards
• Traveling with the principals on occasion (yacht plane already fully staffed)

We are helping a large family in San Antonio find an estate manager who can travel with them to their different estates. You will spend a few months at a time caring for each estate and managing the day to day operations. You will work directly with the principals, manage a staff of 3, vendor management, construction management, running errands and helping however you are needed to make the daily operations run smoothly.

You will live in a staff home with 2 other butlers and a housekeeper, with all of your meals covered by the family. They travel several times per year, so please be flexible to travel with them (all expenses will be covered). A prestigious 8-acre estate in Nassau, Bahamas is seeking an experienced property management couple or a strong solo manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the family’s large private residence. The current Domestic Couple will soon be retiring from active management and the owners need reliable, discreet professionals to maintain the property year-round and prepare it for visits, which occur about eight times annually, primarily around holidays. (Christmas Day is off!)

Responsibilities include managing maintenance and technical issues such as plumbing and sump pumps, overseeing two full-time handymen and two housekeepers, property administration to handle interior and administrative tasks, and liaising with the family office that manages accounting, HR, legal, and payroll. The role requires strong engineering skills, vendor management, and the ability to maintain impeccable standards of hospitality and privacy when the family is in residence. Visa sponsorship will be provided, as Bahamian work permits can be complex.

The family values privacy and uses the office as a buffer.

The estate features multiple structures, and clubhouse facilities within an HOA.

Housing offered is a well appointed private 3-bedroom home on the property.

Compensation ranges from $125,000 to $175,000 for a solo manager and up to $200,000plus for a couple, with relocation assistance provided. The position should be filled before the holidays.

This lovely couple in Healdsburg is hiring a reliable, down-to-earth, and self-sufficient House Manager to live on and manage their beautiful second home property located just 10 minutes from downtown Healdsburg. The couple has two older (but still energetic) dogs that live there, and you would pre responsible for their day to day care while the couple is not in residence. They are in residence from 1-2 weeks a month on average. This is a long-term position ideal for someone who enjoys a quiet, country lifestyle with responsibility, autonomy, and a deep love for animals. There is minimal day-to-day activity aside from the dogs. You will oversee and manage property and vendors (landscapers, cleaners, repairs) most of whom have been at the property for 5plus years. Manage deliveries and errands (dry cleaning, groceries, basic shopping). Airport pickups drop-offs (Sonoma County airport). Light home prep before and after their stays. The two dogs are very affectionate. They’re about 20-lbs each (feeding twice a day, daily walks, vet appointments, companionship). The couple prefers that the dogs are not left alone for more than 4-6 hours at a time. There is a $50,000 salary plus annual bonus. If it fits within the schedule, you are welcome to have a second job (work from home or other option). Free private housing. Supportive and respectful homeowners.
