We have a very sweet family in Brentwood
The parents want to find someone really COVID safe who is fully vaccinated with a booster. The ideal candidate is a self starter and has experience working in high end homes and knows how to clean expensive furniture. Knowledge of cleaning products would be great as well. They want someone very clean and professional to keep up the maintenance of the house… 4 bedrooms with their own bathrooms, an office,a basement with a bathroom And a pool house with a bathroom that they don’t really use, but need to have cleaned every once in awhile if a guest stays over. The parents are working in their basement office now. Duties include mostly cleaning, organizing and laundry. Mom likes the clothes to be folded beautifully. There are 2 LITTLE DOGS in the house and two young girls who share a nanny. The housekeeper will be in charge of ordering groceries as well. M-F, 9am-5pm, 8am-4pm…Family pays on the books

Sweetest family of four in Pacific Palisades (and a CAT) is searching for their FOREVER nanny who will stay with them for years to come and be comfortable doing light cleaning when the kids are off at school.

Mom and dad want want a career nanny with at least 10 years of experience to love and care for their two children: almost 6 year old girl and 16 month old boy. The little girl who is social, active and loves to dress up and play with her dolls gets home from school at 2pm. The little boy is just as active, an expert crawler who tries to keep up with his sister. Parents both work from home but this wont always be the case so they really want a nanny who feels comfortable taking care of the kids and mirror their parenting style which is very loving and involved and not overly strict!

This is full time position 5 days a week. Hours can be 8-6 or 9-7 with overtime and the occasional evening to cover for date night. Must be tidy and be able to prepare light meals for the kids, and love to clean and keep things organized. You will be responsible for keeping their space organized and their clothes clean. Mom and dad would like to have you travel with them maybe 2 or 3 times a year, maybe 1-2 weeks at a time.

Must be vaccinated and boosted and have at least 10 years of experience as a full time nanny and be a very good cleaner. There is a cleaning crew that comes to the house at least once a week so this isn’t deep cleaning – mostly tidying up and keeping things organized.

THE ROLE
Our client is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support the Chief Executive Officer. This role will be responsible for managing the day-to-day schedule of the CEO, making travel arrangements, processing expense reports and liaising between departments as needed. The right person for this role is capable of achieving results in a fast-paced environment, has an incredibly high level of self-awareness and confidentiality, and jumps at the opportunity to take on new challenges. WHAT YOU’LL DO
● Be a positive and reliable thought partner and go-to person for the Chief Executive Officer
● Be a strong operator who manages the CEO’s calendar, travel arrangements, expense reports, documents for travel-related meetings and other administrative tasks as necessary
● Prioritize inquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts; make judgments and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the CEO
● Coordinate regular internal and external meetings and offsites to ensure that business goals are being met
● Prepare meeting materials, provide relevant industry research and track internal projects when requested
● Works closely and effectively with the CEO to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
● Use incredibly strong written and verbal communication skills to interface with individuals across the business
● Be ready to work about 45-50 hours a week, or more, as needed

WHO YOU ARE
● 3-5 years experience working in an administrative, support or relevant role
● Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
● Excellent verbal and written communications skills with a keen attention to detail
● Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite with the ability to learn new programs quickly
