We are mentioning that this family is great as this mom is far from a princess!!!! she is so down to earth, but mentioned that she can not be in two places at once!! They lost their home in the Palisades, and is living near UCLA until the summer, when they will move back to the Palisades! They have 12 year old twins (boy and girl) that have different activities after school and they have a darling labradoodle. Mom stays at home and sometimes has a flair up with her health (never know when this hits) so she needs an extra pair of hands 20 hours a week!! You cold be doing errands, going to the market, prep food (do you like to cook? ) picking up the kids, taking them to therapy (they both have ADHD) taking the dog to the vet, throwing in a load of laundry – you have an amazing attitude and a can do personality! We are looking for a Housekeeper for a very busy and high profile family in Bel Air. There are two other Housekeepers and a Houseman on the Housekeeping staff. The ideal candidate can liaise with the Principals, run errands and manage the existing team. We are looking for an experienced Estate Housekeeper who is diplomatic and has managed people in a previous role. This person will need to be comfortable delegating and will be expected to be somewhat flexible. The family is OOT for up to six weeks per year during which time the Housekeepers are paid their full salary but don’t have to work as many hours as usual. This is a generous family who pays well hourly and offers health benefits, paid time off and discretionary bonus.

You will:

Run a 4,500 sq. ft. luxury residence as if it were a legacy estate – he keeps mentioning old school clients!
Oversee household staff, including an assistant and housekeeper

Manage personal and household calendars, daily flow, and priorities
Handle travel coordination between Beverly Hills, New York, and the Hamptons

A private couple is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Housekeeper, 2 to 3 days a week, to join long-term, and help maintain their home. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a calm household with small animals, and takes pride in maintaining a clean and organized environment, and can manage tasks independently with very minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
• Perform general and detailed cleaning throughout the home
• Communicate effectively; mostly via text
• Clean and care for various household surfaces, materials, and finishes using proper methods- especially with animals
• Handle laundry, including washing, drying, folding, and light ironing
• Maintain household organization and tidy all living spaces
• Manage and stock cleaning supplies, pantry items and basic groceries (no cooking required)
