little boy – 1 1 2 year old, little girl 5 1 2, and 14 year old who is there part time. Dad is in need of a live in nanny that will have an en suite room in the house, and a home of your own in Malibu for your days off. It is important that you understand boundaries, and understands when to be present and when to disappear! It is a long week, 50 to 55 hours a week, Monday wednesday and Friday you will be off between 3 and 5 PM, and Tuesday and Thursdays 8:30. He wants a team player and he can be flexible if you need time off too. They have 3 dogs – so being a dog lover is important too! Our client has a wonderful housekeeper and assistant that are happy in the house so its a good team! Dad leaves town on occasion and would need you to work with Grandma or the weekend nanny to help! We’re helping a lovely family in San Marino who is looking for a fun, upbeat nanny with great English to support their two little ones while Mom and Dad are busy with work.

The ideal person is warm, energetic, and comfortable engaging with a very shy 3-year-old, helping her feel safe, seen, and connected. Their 6-year-old boy is bright, curious, and would love someone who can read stories, craft, play ball, and keep mornings generally structured and cheerful.

This is a short-term role with wonderful children, predictable morning hours, and a welcoming family who will truly appreciate the support.

A warm, excited couple in Los Feliz is preparing to welcome their baby boy, due March 18, 2026, and they are hoping to partner with a truly wonderful Newborn Care Specialist to help them begin this new chapter with confidence and support.

They are seeking approximately five weeks of coverage, beginning with 24 7 overnight care for the first two weeks (7:00 pm–7:00 am, seven nights per week). After that, they anticipate to transition to four or five nights per week for the remaining weeks. While there’s a possibility they may wish to extend beyond five weeks, they fully understand that many NCSs book far in advance and may have prior commitments.

As first-time parents, they would deeply value guidance and reassurance — including lactation support, nursery set-up, sleep shaping, and all the little tips that help new parents feel empowered and at ease. Experience working with first-time parents is especially important, as they’re hoping to learn as much as they can while building a trusting, collaborative relationship.
