Sherman Oaks Los Angeles • Full Time • $100–$120k DOE
A wildly successful young content creator—whose business has skyrocketed over the past year—is looking for a sharp, agile Executive Assistant to join her growing team. Her world is fast-paced, dynamic, and expanding quickly, and she needs a polished EA with strong corporate experience to bring structure, clarity, and top-tier organization to her business operations.
She already has a Personal Assistant who handles personal tasks, errands, and appointments. Your role will be strictly business-focused: inbox management, scheduling, outreach, coordination with her representation, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks as her career continues to scale.
What You’ll Do
• Serve as the primary gatekeeper for all inbound and outbound communication
• Manage a high-volume inbox and streamline information flow so the Principal only sees what she needs
• Draft polished, articulate emails and correspondence to anyone in her professional orbit
• Schedule meetings, calls, shoots, travel-related logistics, and business obligations
• Partner closely with her attorney, agent, and industry team (including Michael Meschures and his team)
• Attend select business meetings with the Principal and help keep her prepared and organized
• Create and maintain systems for tracking projects, deliverables, deadlines, and priorities
• Ensure smooth communication between the Principal and all collaborators, brands, and partners
• Interface professionally with executives, brands, and industry leaders
• Support a rapidly expanding business operation with efficiency, clarity, and discretion
• Travel as needed and be available for shoots, meetings, or special projects
Who You Are
• A polished, seasoned EA (corporate experience highly preferred)
• Tech-savvy and nimble — comfortable with spreadsheets, project-management tools, and learning new software
• Exceptionally organized; nothing slips through the cracks
• Clear and articulate communicator, both written and verbal
• Able to manage high volume, shifting priorities, and a fast-changing schedule
• Mature, emotionally intelligent, and able to work with a young, high-achieving creative talent
• Hungry, agile, and excited to grow with an exploding brand
• Local to Los Angeles; hybrid schedule with some in-person work required
• Comfortable occasionally traveling or joining the Principal on shoots or meetings
Compensation to Details
• Salary: $100,000 – $120,000 DOE
• Full-time role
• Hybrid schedule; must be LA-based
• Benefits PTO to be confirmed with the client
If you thrive in fast-paced creative environments, love building systems, and can keep a skyrocketing business running smoothly behind the scenes, this is an incredible opportunity to support a young powerhouse whose career is on a remarkable upward trajectory.
