We are looking for a fabulous housekeeper to do the following core responsibilities at our clients home in Los Feliz: We need Tuesday and Thursday and maybe even a few hours on Saturday if you have time.
Core responsibilities
• Daily cleaning to upkeep (not just weekly reset)
• Deep organization (closets, pantry, kids’ rooms, systems)
• Laundry start-to-finish (wash, fold, put away)
• Dishes, kitchen reset, fridge clean-outs
• Light meal prep grocery coordination
• Managing vendors (cleaners, repairs, deliveries)
• Errands (returns, dry cleaning, post office)
• Keeping the house “guest-ready”
• Flagging supplies plus restocking

Family of 6 in the Palisades is looking for a fabulous housekeeper – you can work any 8 hours that you are happy with – Monday – Friday. This is a big job with lots of cleaning. the nannies do help with the kids rooms, but there is a lot of work as the house is huge! they pay well plus benefits!

This is a truly special opportunity! Our client has employed a beloved housekeeper for 30 years. She is genuinely part of the family. The family is now looking to bring on an additional housekeeper so their longtime employee can focus on more detailed work such as organizing, light ironing, and laundry.

The new hire will take over full-charge cleaning duties, including vacuuming, mopping, bathroom cleaning, changing sheets, and general upkeep. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being part of a busy, loving household and is happy working alongside a long-term housekeeper as part of a team.

The home is approximately 5,800 square feet and includes three teenagers and three large dogs, so a good attitude and comfort in an active family environment are essential. While the longtime housekeeper may retire and move back to El Salvador in a few years, there may be several years of overlap making this a rare opportunity to step into a long-term, stable role with training and continuity.

The schedule is Monday, Wednesday, Friday from approximately 9:00 or 9:30am – 5:00 5:30pm and is paid hourly on payroll with standard paid time off and eligibility for health insurance and a 401k after the first year.
The family would love to find someone who lives near Pasadena and is open to staying late or coming in very occasionally on a weekend when entertaining.

The ideal candidate is seeking a long-term, “forever” position, has strong longevity in previous roles, excellent references, can pass a clean background check and will bring a positive, collaborative attitude and enjoy working with others!
