Kindest family with the most darling little girls is looking for an amazing nanny to join their family! The girls are 1, 4.5 and 6 and full of joy. Mom is the nicest person in the world and truly loves being a hands on parent. She is looking for a partner to raise her raise her girls since she can’t be in three places at once and her husband works a lot. They also have two labradoodles (who are like teddybears!,) that are sweet and easy.

Your day to day will include everything for the girls -and it’s tag teaming with the Mom. School pick ups and drop offs, walking the baby to the park, nap time, kid meal prep, swimming, classes, dress up, art projects, kicking the soccer ball around and more. Great if you speak a 2nd language other than English, but it’s not a deal breaker. They have a part time housekeeper who takes care of deep cleaning, but anything related to the children, tidying up their rooms and helping with the girls laundry will be a part of your role as well.

The schedule is Monday-Friday, 10:30am – 6:30pm. It would be great if you live on the westside. Please have an excellent driving record as you’ll be doing the school runs. The girls have energy and we are looking for a nanny who can keep up with them, and be extremely reliable! We are also looking for a travel ready (passport please!) nanny who can be flexible to travel around 3-4 times a year, including domestic and international travel.

Our amazing client is looking for an administrative assistant who can manage the front desk. They represent entertainment folks, and it’s a boutique firm, and a fun place to work!

Our client needs help with answering the phones, mail management, deposits to the bank, FedEx runs, and other basic admin roles. Please have at least some experience with Quickbooks and be generally tech savvy. Office hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm in the West LA office.

We are looking for someone who can work full time, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. This could be great for a graduate student or someone who just graduated college and wants a chance to get their foot in the door of a great company.

This client is offering $27 an hour a year plus paid medical insurance. The office closes for major holidays, has paid sick leave and typically enjoys extra time off at the end of the year when most entertainment companies close. Amazing Studio City Family seeking a great Family Housekeeper

Wonderful Studio City family with two busy teenagers is looking for a great housekeeper who can help keep their house a home. Mom and Dad work in entertainment, when they are not filming, they are home and around to help with the teens after school activities. Sometimes the kids are going in different directions, so Mom and Dad would love if this housekeeper could help with the driving when needed.

The schedule will be Monday-Friday, from 12-8pm. The family needs the most help with cleaning, laundry, doing some food prep (ie. cutting up veggies and fruit,) a little driving, being at the house to take in deliveries, let in a repair man and occasionally dropping off dry cleaning on the way to pick up a kid.

We have helped this wonderful family over the years, and know they treat their employees well – this is a respectful and happy home! Please also like CATS – they do have 2 in the house.

The family would like to offer $40 an hour, and might be able to help cover some of your health insurance costs.

This super star family is looking for someone that will handle the vendors, the maintenance, and possibly even help the household staff when needed. This is a service position so all hands on deck to even make a drink to greet the guests when they come to the house. You will be in charge of the two homes in West Hollywood as well as the house in Beverly Hills. You will be responsible to walk the properties, make sure they look well taken care of, and let them know when a vendor is needed. The housekeeping staff has been there for a long time so they might not need managing as much as just keeping hours. Humility is important as well as a great team player!

The ideal candidate will be pet friendly and comfortable caring for three small dogs and one cat, including learning to maintain an electronic litter box.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide top-notch housekeeping for a 3,000 sq. ft. home
• Handle laundry with special care, including delicate fabrics, steaming, and organization
• Coordinate with dry cleaners as needed
• Maintain a clean, pet-friendly environment (dogs plus cat)
• Flexibility to work when the client is traveling (hours will still be guaranteed)
Qualifications:

HIs kids have been taking care of him and they just can not handle this anymore since they have children of their own. He fell and is on pain meds so we need someone that will be strong enough to make sure he takes them when necessary!! Lovely, down to earth family is seeking a nanny to partner with the parents to raise their wonderful three children. Mom and Dad love their children and are hands on when they’re home, but do have careers and are busy working during the day. So they are looking for a wonderful nanny!

The oldest two children are in school all day (7 and 5,) and the youngest is home (6 months.) Your day will start at 10am and be focused on the baby for the morning, and then switch to helping with the after school shuffle for the older kids in the afternoon. They also have a housekeeper who works from 7am-3pm who helps tag team with the kids in the afternoon. It’s a real team effort in this household.

Mom and Dad would love a nanny who is proactive, (makes playdates when you notice the kids are getting along,) communicative, self sufficient and be a real partner in raising their children. A nanny who truly loves engaging with the kids and will help tidy up all the children’s spaces. You will be in charge of cooking the children’s dinner – basic kids food: pasta, veggies, fruit, simple chicken.
