Wonderful Bay Area Family with a new baby due November 30th seek to hire a team of expert child caregivers to begin working in March of ‘25.

The Nannies will rotate week on week off until the baby turns 12-18 months old, at which point, they will switch to a two week on off rotational schedule. Nanny applicants must have previous experience with infants, toddlers and pre-school aged children. Child development or ECE degree holders preferred.

This is one of the cutest families I have ever worked for, and you would be extremely lucky to be an extended family member. Their precious daughter who is 19 months has a TON of energy, is extremely smart, creative, loving, curious and will always keep you on your toes. Your days up until November will be more focused on taking care of her with some family assistant work. Once November comes she starts Pre-school from 9:00am-3:00pm. While she is at school you will get to wear the assistant-housemanager hat, no day is the same, how fun is that?! Both parents work extremely long hours and need help with grocery shopping, meal prep, working with vendors, running errands, organizing, and miscellaneous tasks around the house. Hours would be 9am or 10:00am to 5:00pm or 7:00pm, they need you to travel with them to amazing places like Hawaii and Tahoe, have a proactive-can-do attitude, experience wearing many hats and can start as soon as July. Mom and dad are SO busy with their careers and have a live in Aupair and need a 2nd nanny to join their amazing team and primarily focus on childcare but would love you to be flexible and wear many hats when kiddos are napping. You get the privilege to be part of a family who you get to work with-not for- and become their extended family member. For the first few months you will be working full time in San Francisco and after about 6 months be 100% located in one of the most beautiful parts of the Bay Area- Belvedere, they already have a fabulous ROTA nanny that you will become teammates with and work on a one week on one week off schedule (with some flexibility of that schedule if needed). Kids ages are 8,7,6,5,3,2, three darling girls and three rambunctious boys who need someone warm, creative, fun spirited, loving, flexible, has an extremely sunny outlook on life, and feel that this Nanny is a forever, Nanny. You must have experience working with another nanny as it will always be two of you working together (there will be 2 ROTA nannies and a nanny working Monday-Friday when the one ROTA nanny is off), must have ROTA-24 7 experience, they would prefer someone local to the Bay Area that said would consider a fly in fly out schedule for someone that has less than a 2 hour flight, have experience taking care of multiple children at the same time and truly needs no guidance on how to step in and run the ship of the home.
