A warm and welcoming family in San Francisco is seeking an exceptional part-time Housekeeper who also has experience with young children. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and takes genuine pride in helping a household run smoothly. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who enjoys supporting a kind, thoughtful family and is looking for a long-term position.

Schedule:
• Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–12:00 PM
• Fridays may include extended hours to assist with the family’s sweet 22-month-old child
• Flexibility appreciated week-to-week based on childcare needs, family travel, or seasonal events

Responsibilities include:
• General housekeeping and home organization
• Laundry and light ironing
• Tidying up kitchen and play areas
• Occasional meal prep or grocery assistance
• Light childcare (particularly on Fridays or as needed)
• Maintaining cleanliness and comfort throughout the home

Compensation to Benefits:
• Hourly wage commensurate with experience
• Guaranteed minimum weekly hours
• Paid holidays (if scheduled to work on those days, e.g., Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Day)
• Paid vacation (prorated based on schedule, available after probationary period)
• Paid sick leave (in accordance with California labor requirements)
• Performance-based bonus opportunities
• Reimbursement for work-related supplies

You will help with the morning routine, get the boys dresses, eat breakfast, pack their lunches backpacks, and walk them down the block to school. During the day you will help with organizational projects, run errands, grocery shop, meal prep, research activities for the boys, manage family calendar, etc. School pick-up is at 3:00, help with taking the kids to after school activities and now that summer is here help take them to and from camps, and play dates!
