This wonderful family of three is looking to hire a long-term, housekeeper house Manager (mom, dad, and baby boy). General housekeeping to vacuuming (3-story home, many stairs). Focus on baby’s floor (first floor) to ensure it is tidy and clean. Wash, dry, fold laundry, put away. Bed linen changes (weekly). Light ironing (occasional, for baby and nanny clothing). Light organizing (closets, pantry, baby play areas) deep cleaning (oven, fridge, interior windows, cabinets). This family would love you to help with meal prep and family meals. They like Asian food, but open to simple American food. Would love someone who can follow certain recipes if they have them. As for which meals it depends on the day but probably only 1 meal per day. You must be detail-oriented, trustworthy, and experienced in general home care and laundry. Ideal schedule is Monday-Friday (40hrs week total). The home is richly furnished with antiques, custom finishings, fine art, and sculpture, so attention to detail is essential. Deep cleaning and regular upkeep of all rooms. Care and maintenance of antique rugs, art, and special finishings. Light laundry and organization. General household maintenance (no cooking or childcare required). Female-identifying preferred. Experience caring for high-end homes. Strong communicator and self-starter. Comfortable with stairs. Highly detail-oriented and respectful of personal space and privacy. Pet-friendly. Your schedule would be 2 days per week (flexible weekdays), exact days and hours to be confirmed. Pay: $45–$55 hour (or more, DOE). They need someone exceptionally service-minded, has a high energy vibe about them that is also very professional, proactive, hands-on, have years of experience working in private homes, and have a nothing is beneath me attitude. You have experience cleaning luxury homes, fine finishings, special surfaces, and you are comfortable around high-end artwork and antiques. Experience with designer clothes, ironing is a Flexibility to go the extra mile when needed to get the job done. Can independently make recommendations based on research and due diligence for the best products and understands the application of those products, can train other staff. Communicate with vendors and oversee organizational and deep cleaning projects. Your schedule is 5 days a week having one of the days either a Saturday or Sunday, 40 hours a week, exceptional Benefits, and incredible salary of $65 hr or more depending on experience.
